Was not entirely sure from some reviews what to expect of the hotel but could find no fault. A very good 4 star hotel. Was pleased on arrival to be upgraded from a classic to a superior room, decorated in a traditional style, despite being less than 20 years old, which I thought made it feel more upmarket, but some may prefer a more modern look. Breakfast was good, with the usual options of fruit, pastries, cold meats, cereal plus sausage bacon and eggs if you wish a cooked breakfast. We had limited interaction with the staff, but they all exchanged pleasantries in the passing, which is all I could ask. Situated near the metro, it is quick and easy to get around, and there is also a plethora of eating choices nearby.

Pros - location is 650m from the main station  - room was large, clean and very well furnished with microwave and glassware  - check in was fuss free - laundry machine there was godsend at this point in our trip - food options within walking distance  - the receptionist was very kind and allowed us to check in about 40mins early - complimentary water bottles in the fridge & coffee  Cons - area seems just a tad shady - dryer setting is confusing for non Italian speakers, takes up to two hours In overall, it was a really good stay, we wld definitely come back

Our 2-bedroom apartment, which we called home for 4 nights, was a comfortable and cosy space that made us feel right at home. Pros: 1. Great location, as it was really a stone's throw away from Duomo. 2. The staff were friendly and helpful. Felt really welcomed when we arrived. 3. The apartments came with the Golden Lounge access where we could help ourselves to light snacks and drinks. 4. Nice gym with Technogym equipment. Cons: 1. Noise from downstairs if you are a light sleeper (but it did not bother us). 2. Water pressure could be stronger. 3. Gym should open earlier or maybe 24 hours for jet lagged guests to use. 4. It Would have been perfect if the apartment came with a washer/dryer. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing location & great stay! The location is absolutely perfect — just a 3–5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. The hotel is easy to find and very well-connected, with a tram stop right in front. There’s also a supermarket just two blocks away (Aldi!), which was super convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Staff were nice, friendly, and super helpful throughout my stay. I really loved staying here and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

A normal hotel, 10 minutes from the rowing room. The area is quiet, late in the evening, early in the morning, everything is quiet. To Carrera Academy is closer. Staff is helpful, trying to explain (without my language knowledge). The studio apartments are equipped with microwave, stove, pans, dishes, opening, knife - everything is available. The water is hot and steady, without laps. A larger towel dryer if anything dry, on the five-point bottom of the tumbler. The heater was pleased. Very quiet in the hotel. The elderly are hanging out on their own, no one is interrupting, all of us will be, but not all in such a place. I'm glad for them.I didn't go to the pool.

IQ Hotel Milano boasts an unbeatable location, situated just a 3-minute walk from Milan Centrale Station, making it an ideal base for travelers. The rooms are adequately sized and maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness. A standout feature is the drinking water machine, eliminating the need to purchase bottled water. However, light sleepers should be aware of potential noise disturbances, including vibrations from nearby trams and occasionally noisy air conditioning units. The staff's helpfulness is noteworthy, particularly their willingness to store luggage for extended periods - a convenience I personally appreciated when leaving my bags for four days. Despite the minor noise issues, the hotel's prime location and thoughtful amenities make it a solid choice for those prioritizing convenience in Milan.

Sanitary, the toilet has been leaking, it is a bit noisy, the boss is a middle-aged man, his temper is a bit unpredictable... the environment is more like a homestay, there is a big iron door outside, which keeps us outside for a long time... after a long time the boss came by pressing the doorbell. I was very angry after I got out, and blamed us for not contacting him in advance... The parking space must be booked in advance, 10 euros a day, and the underground garage is very narrow. Fortunately, we are driving a hatchback. It is estimated that we can’t get in if we are bigger... Breakfast is bagged bread...

Bathroom was mouldy, could’ve used some exit mould. The shuttle does not operate on weekends nor does the laundry service both of which would’ve been good to know prior to booking. Location is way way way out of reach of public transport and with no shuttle service operating on the weekend it made it a costly stay due to Ubers. Which by the way were difficult to secure due to being so out of the way. The mini fridge…well what can I say, it wasn’t a fridge, it was a box with a light that kept your water at room temp. Personally I think they should remove the word fridge and replace it with “a warm box with a light”.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good and rich. The hotel lobby was spacious and had a unique design style, which was very beautiful. The only downside was that there was construction outside the window, which was a bit noisy.

It was clean and quite spacious, which was nice. There was plenty of room even with the carrier unfolded, so we were able to stretch out comfortably. They also clean the rooms. Don't expect amenities. The building is next to the university, and the lower floors are student dormitories. As a result, the students at the bar on the first floor are a bit noisy every night. If you stay in your room it's not a problem at all. There's also a supermarket nearby, so it's easy to buy water, etc., but it's about a 30-minute bus ride from the center of Milan. I'd like to use this again when staying with multiple people!
