Great (though little outdated) hotel with a great staff. Checking-in was easy peacy, room was big enough and clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, restaurant for diner was changeable. The fish 'n chips was very good, the fries (chips) next evening was not so good (my thought is that the food had been to long under a warm-hold lamp) Location was OK, we were there for Cardiff and that was further then in expected (in driving times) but that was our personal choice. Can recommend this hotel for sure.

Some of the frontline staff charged me a different card payment than the booking agent had agreed to. This made me feel very confused. Fortunately, their senior management, Mr. Deepy, listened patiently to my explanation and understood my discounted room rate. He explained everything clearly and eased my worries. After a few days, the card was finally charged correctly.

Good environment and good service. The 6 restaurants have their own characteristics and high quality. Worth staying many times. The three golf courses are picturesque. The driving range is fully equipped and is a paradise for all golf preferences.
