By far the best hostel I have stayed in Europe. Extremely clean, en-suite toilet, lockers (bring your own lock), towels and shampoo/bath gel provided, respectful guests (mostly youths) and all around good vibes. There are 2 pools, a sauna and gym. You can also do your laundry here if you wish. It is a 10min walk to Piazza Montelungo where most tours use as their pickup/dropoff point, very convenient. Also a Carrefour within a minute's walk if you need snacks, drinks, etc. This place really has everything!

Hello everyone. The room matches the photo, I arrived alone and they put me in a room where there was no one else, which was very comfortable. I arrived before the check-in time and they met me halfway and checked me in earlier, which is also a plus. There is a gym on the territory, it is included in the price of accommodation, but there are not many exercise machines, which is understandable because it is not a professional gym) The room itself is very spacious, the rooms are cleaned by a maid. I would also like to mention the administrator Karla. The girl is very kind and does her job well, it was pleasant to talk to her. I will come back again if such an opportunity arises.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Social Hub Lavagnini. It’s clean, modern, and well-designed with a young, international vibe. We’re in our early 30s and felt like we fit right in. It’s ideal for younger travelers or anyone who prefers something more relaxed and social than a traditional hotel. An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Anytime we needed something, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude.
The common areas downstairs are a real highlight. There’s lots of space to work, hang out, or meet other travelers. It really does have a community feel, just like the reviews say.
There’s also a rooftop with a pool and bar. It’s nice to have, but to be honest, we didn’t find the bar particularly exciting. More of a perk than a destination.
It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, so you’ll be doing a bit of walking each day. Still, we thought the location was a good balance- close enough to everything, but far enough to be out of the thick of the crowds. For the price and the comfort of the hotel, it felt totally worth it.
Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and social place to stay in Florence.

The overall hotel experience was great, far exceeding expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was very good, and it was cleaned in time every day. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas had a strong sense of design, especially the swimming pool area, which was super photogenic. The front desk and service staff were very enthusiastic, and the check-in efficiency was also very high. The facilities were complete, and both the gym and the restaurant were well maintained. The transportation was also very convenient, with buses and subway stations nearby, so traveling was stress-free. This time I stayed here with my friends, and everyone was very satisfied and felt that the price-performance ratio was very high. Next time I have a chance to come to Florence, I will definitely choose this place again, and I strongly recommend it to friends who come to visit!
Extremely beautiful hotel that I didn’t expect with this price, looks like a scene from the movie.
The host was super nice, literally made me feel at home as a traveller coming alone.
Room is decent and clean.
Perfect
It is in the suburbs of Florence, feels relatively safe, and is quite close to the old town.
Quite pleasantly surprised, with a retro manor style, comfortable environment, and swimming. It's just that the room equipment is a bit old, the cabinets and other things are relatively antique, and the sound insulation is relatively poor. It depends on whether the style is acceptable to the individual. I personally think it has a unique charm. The mattress is also very comfortable.
The breakfast is delicious, and the wine for dinner is also good.
It is a good hotel in Pistoya, the facilities are OK, the service is good, in general it is worth recommending to everyone. Not the first time I stayed.
Ttung tung shamDuring my recent trip to Florence, I had the pleasure of staying at the Anglo American Hotel. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers.
First and foremost, the location of the Anglo American Hotel is superb. Situated in the heart of Florence, it offers easy access to the city's major attractions, including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city on foot and truly immerse myself in its rich history and culture.
The hotel itself has a charming and elegant ambiance. The interior is tastefully decorated, combining classic elements with modern touches. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, are inviting and provide a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The staff at the Anglo American Hotel deserves special praise. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping me navigate the city and discover hidden gems.
My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff.
While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses and cured meats.
One minor drawback was the absence of a fitness center or spa facilities within the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about nearby fitness centers and wellness options, ensuring that guests have access to these amenities if desired.
In summary, my stay at the Anglo American Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations contributed to a memorable visit to this beautiful city. While the absence of certain amenities was a minor drawback, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I would recommend the Anglo American Hotel to travelers seeking a centrally located, well-appointed hotel with a charming ambiance in Florence.
AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.
Thank you for the rest.
LLuxenomadI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Sienna, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. The facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
The room exceeded my expectations, providing a cozy retreat with all the amenities one could desire. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was evident, contributing to an overall delightful stay.
The hotel's location is ideal for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, it offers a serene atmosphere that adds to the overall charm of the place. Whether enjoying a morning stroll or unwinding in the evening, the surroundings only enhance the experience.
In conclusion, the Sheraton in Sienna is a standout choice for anyone looking for a superb hotel experience. The combination of exceptional service, outstanding facilities, and a peaceful location make it a destination worth revisiting.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.
DDarrenThe stay experience is very comfortable. The room is very warm and feels like home. The bedding is soft and I slept soundly. The view outside the window is also beautiful, which makes people feel happy. The staff is considerate and always smiling, which makes people feel warm.
KKalim’s worldThis is a good place to take care of your camera before you stay. You'll have to press the shutters from the sculpture behind the front desk, the small garden in the center of the hotel, to the interior of the restaurant where you can read magazines and newspapers. There is also Sky Juice (Lemon Water), which is provided for free in front of the elevator. It's a little ambiguous whether the small bar is a place to drink coffee or enjoy cocktails, but the atmosphere is still good. The pillow is impressive in the room. Let's not expect much space. We offer free drinks on the first day, but we didn't get free drinks every day just because we stayed for three consecutive days. Sensitive people will feel the floor is uneven. If you drop something on the floor, it will keep rolling in one direction. So the doors don't exactly engage. Windows have to be lucky to open. Unfortunately, I didn't see the garden but only the wall. The bathroom gives the impression of making the most of the space, and the shower and shower booth are factors that negatively affect the hotel. Since the front desk is not looking at the front door, you will have to look around to be welcomed. You can't control the heating at will in the room. If it's cold, you have to call the front desk, and you should be lucky to use hot water early in the morning. The inside is more beautiful than the outside, but not everyone is the best.
SSelimmmNestled in the heart of Florence, the Borghese Palace Art Hotel is a true masterpiece where history meets modern luxury. From the moment you step into its elegantly appointed lobby, you're greeted by a stunning display of art and refined décor that pays homage to the city’s illustrious heritage.
Each room is a haven of comfort and style, with tasteful furnishings and original art pieces that create a uniquely inspiring atmosphere. The blend of historical elements with contemporary touches makes it feel both timeless and delightfully fresh. It’s the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Florence’s vibrant streets and iconic landmarks.
The service is exceptional, with a team that goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. Whether it's offering insider tips on the best local dining spots or assisting with travel arrangements, the staff’s genuine warmth and professionalism make your stay even more memorable.
Moreover, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short stroll from major attractions, boutique shops, and charming cafes. It’s an ideal base for immersing yourself in the rich culture and art that Florence is renowned for.
For anyone seeking a blend of luxury, culture, and artistic flair, the Borghese Palace Art Hotel is a must-visit destination. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience that captures the very soul of Florence.

GGuest UserVery nice IHG hotel near Florence central station and eith easy access thereby to all transport, including trams. The garage was very handy.
The room was small and clean and amply equipped. There was a balcony with a pleasant view. The room and hotel in general were very quiet, despite high occupancy.
The concierge was very helpful and, with easy walking, taxi or public transport options, we were soon at a wonderful restaurant he had recommended.
Overall, a very good stay.
坊坊やfirstly, I realized that the room smelled very bad like someone definitely smorked in it even it is non-smorking room.
So, I asked the staff that I can change the room, but that day were fully booked so that I can’t.
She also said, next day has a vacant so I can change the room, but finally I couldn't because of the staffs miss communication.
Also I asked laundly service but when I came back to the hotel, it is not completed because the staff forgot Sunday is out of service.
in the first place, the laundry service cost is too expensive so I dont recommend.
