Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details.
Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel.
Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel
Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay
Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

AAnonymous UserMy stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, and the overall environment is clean and comfortable. The room decor is simple and modern, the bedding is soft and cozy, which ensured a great night's sleep. Although the twin room wasn't exceptionally spacious, it was well-equipped, and the natural light and soundproofing were both good. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very smooth. As an accommodation choice during my Venice trip, this hotel offered good value for money and a satisfying overall experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

WWujiezailushangThe hotel is near the train station, with many dining options around. The 'Mo Yu Mian' noodle place downstairs is delicious – it's actually next door to the hotel, not part of it. This is a modern-style hotel. The photos I've shared aren't of the hotel's dining, but rather of a fantastic restaurant right next to the hotel. Their food is great and affordable. I think the hotel's price is justified because you can easily find a wonderful restaurant for dinner just by stepping downstairs in the evening. I think that's a real plus.

GGuest UserThe room isn't big, but it's very clean. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The bus stop right outside is really convenient for getting to the main island, and there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. My only minor complaint is that it's still quite cold, and the heated towel rail was turned off.

逆逆光狗子In my room, the sink only had cold water, while the shower only had scalding hot water. The shower water was so hot it made me yelp. It was 1 AM, and I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I endured the increasingly hot water, which felt like 70 degrees Celsius. I had to pause three times during my shower to wait for the water to cool down slightly. My one-night stay cost over 600 CNY, and for that price, such a terrible shower experience is unacceptable. Other facilities were satisfactory. There was central air conditioning and disposable slippers. The minibar was chargeable.
Another inconvenient aspect was that breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. Not only were the food items cleared, but guests who hadn't finished eating were also asked to leave. In other places I've stayed, they only clear the food, not rush out dining guests. Of course, this is the hotel's rule, and the staff's individual service attitude was very good. The breakfast selection was rich.

JJiqimaojiadejiqimaoIt takes at least half an hour to get to the hotel from the main island. If you go to places further away, the return trip will take even longer.
There aren't many restaurants near the hotel, but there's a supermarket where it's convenient to buy water and other necessities.
The room was bad; the window offered no view, making it very oppressive. The hotel's exterior walls completely blocked the window, and there was also clutter outside.
I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there wasn't any air conditioning at all; they provided a fan. It wasn't hot at night, but during the day, while unpacking, I was drenched in sweat.
The breakfast was very limited and not very good. It was nowhere near as good as the NH Collection I stayed at a few days ago.

WWWweiweiWWA very satisfying experience! The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The family room was very thoughtfully designed with two shower rooms. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations. The hotel is very close to the train station, just a 3-minute walk, making it convenient to take a train to Venice. There are Chinese restaurants nearby that cater to Chinese tastes. We enjoyed delicious Wenzhou fried rice, classic fried rice, stir-fried rice cakes with beef, and tomato and egg soup. We were very happy! 🎉

Breakfast, contrary to some reviews, was very good with a great variety, especially on the savory side. For sweets, a few more options would be a nice addition.
