The hotel is right at the entrance of the ski resort and you can Ski in/Out. Guests of the hotel in Figure 3 can get a discount on the ski pass price. Our price for three days was 25,400 yen. There are very few people in the ski resort unless there is heavy snowfall. Very few people. There are several restaurants in the hotel, and you need to make a reservation for dinner in the evening. The taste is good. There are ski lockers on the first floor for free. Friendly advice, try to bring your own shoes and boards. The shoes rented by the ski resort are very loose and the boards are heavy and hard.
This hotel rule requests earlier check out time about 10.00am , and charge 4000Yen per hour for extended..normally it should be 11:00 to 12:00
If u play ski or snow in the morning time ..mean that you will be charged...hotel is quite old ..room is big
excellent ski resort with related facilities
rental shop just nearby with reasonable price
hot spring in public provided
buffet restaurant and a Japanese restaurant under the hotel
ski locker per room provided and 24 hours convenient store
however the room cleanliness maybe improved
Was given a room with 2 single beds. When I checked with the reception, they said their level 10 was under renovation and that my booking doesn't give me a choice. This is the first time I was told I don't have a choice to the bed configuration.
Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear voices from next room.
Room is spacious by Japanese standard, and location is good, near to Bandai Pier and fashion shopping. We could walk to the train station in 10 minutes.
Enjoyed our stay.
In the old resort hotel, the waiter has a kind of old-fashioned and honest devotion. In order to book dinner, he called me five or six times to arrange and confirm. Because the hotel is halfway up the mountain, every meal I ate at the hotel. I ate French, shabushabu and Italian, and the standard was good. Hotel hot spring is the best hot spring in Japan in recent years. Akakura Sightseeing Snow Resort also feels more ancient and wild, and has a unique flavor.
Arriving at Niigata Tsubame Sanjo Station, the outside is stormy wind and snow. I used a taxi. Arrival check-in was automatic, and what would the two front desk do, it was a troublesome check-in. I want you to do it like an appa. Breakfast is the same as usual. It was a new and beautiful hotel.
Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space.
Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.
Overall clean and the atmosphere of the employees was good.
However, I was worried that I could hear the voice of the corridor and the sound of the next room. The hot spring was large!
