Hotel environment is clean and staff is friendly. Room is clean and tidy. View facing opposite mall is good. Breakfast is good. Lose my access card and the staff response is fast and deactivated the missing card. Then make a new one for me.

I think i booked deluxe room, during holidays. i didnt get room with nature /garden view. The hallway was so loud i can hear the people walking and fixing on next door. Its beautiful hotel but it requires a lot of fixing, the gym, the wellness spa which tagaytay /batangas are knowned . The roofdeck jacuzzi is not fixed, white walls turned into yellow . But i still love the vibe. I love nature , gardens.

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

It was a great stay; to make it short, the room or reservation served its purpose, we were there in Manila for a family event. If I had anything bad to say, their pool had cat poop in it, please clean it. I understand why the cleaners might not see it, it's in the middle of the people and it settled on the floor. :(

We had a great stay at Hotel Casiana! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. The location is a little out of the way, but Sky Ranch is right next door. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant by the entrance, though it looked fantastic. The views, however, were excellent.

We had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect.

We had a great stay at Monaco Hotel Taytay. The staff were very accommodating and polite, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and well-sanitized, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The amenities were well-maintained, the pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves during our visit, which was a nice bonus. The gym is okay, though it only has minimal equipment (just one treadmill, for example). Breakfast selection is limited but everything tasted good and was freshly prepared. Overall, excellent value for money, especially considering the affordable rate we got. Would definitely recommend this for a short and comfortable stay in Taytay.

Smart tv enables YouTube, breakfast variety is to be improved, ctrip rate is less competitive. Good service rendered.
