They stay was great. The first night I had an issue with the AC and they had a repair man by the name of Alex, I believe. He was able to fix the issue and I no longer had a hard time sleeping in the room. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend and stay in the future. Thank you.

The Front Desk is only one person in charge , also doing the shuttle picking up, so take 40 minutes waiting in the airport

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location to 6th St, although one needs to travel to 6th Street East which is a bit of a walk. Hotel is quiet at night. One note about the AC condensation pumps - they go off with a good deal of frequency. They will provide earplugs and a white noise machine. Just an observation for those ahead of time. The hotel was quick to make sure the pump was clean.

First time to stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be back. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean. I had an excellent view of the water , The breakfast choices were better than I’ve seen in other hotels.

Overall good, convenient to go out, go to the river walk at night, watch the San Antonio church light show, walk, also visit the Alamo Battle Site, go to the 18th century Spanish Missionary Historic Site Park, good 👍, the hotel parking almost got oolong, the parking space next to the hotel wall belongs to the platinum member, And the road at the entrance of the hotel ⬆️ belongs to one-way traffic. On the right hand side of a red light, there is a Dameile fast food restaurant next to the parking space for ordinary customers. If you park on the edge of the wall, you will attract a police car to issue a ticket.

I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

The hotel was okay, with a basic American breakfast and an alright stay overall. I had to deposit $100 while checking in and I faced no issues in getting the deposit repaid after checking out. But, there was a moldy smell everywhere and the rooms were a bit dark. If they fix these things, it could make staying there much better.

The hotel was very good and friendly at the reception, as well as the cleaning staff. I had to extend my stay much longer. Because I had an accident in my car. I even asked for the reception of my car to the location of the hotel, excellent service was told immediately when I arrived. I had to go out one day A Saltillo to take my luggage, I asked you not to enter my room for the same thing, which I returned the next day. But if you entered my room. I was the only thing that didn't like the fact that you won't respect my instructions. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The parking boxes are very small.
