We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the Old Town—just a 3-minute walk to the Town Hall. The convenience of being so close to the city’s main attractions made our trip even more enjoyable. Our room is located at the end of the corridor , we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. Opening the window to a beautiful church view was an unforgettable experience—we absolutely loved it! The hotel is new, modern, and clean, making our 2-night stay very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again if we return to Wrocław!

It was a family visit. I booked the hotel with my daughter for 3 days and we were very happy with the location of the hotel and also with the sauna... I would happily recommend the hotel.

Very nice service. Brilliant breakfasts. Everything delicious and fresh. Huge selection of products. Clean room, well soundproofed,. Water, coffee and tea set modest, but you can always ask for a refill. Clean bathroom, there is a bathtub, which I love. Hotel near the train station and the city center. Tram stops near the facility, you can get everywhere cheaply. A small minus for the TV offer, very modest. Plus for the idea of ​​additional heating in the bathroom! Solid, clean hotel with delicious breakfast in an ideal location. I recommend!

Hotel is very well located in a quiet area, good transportation around. Walking distance to the main square about 15 mins. Service staff really helpful during check in, room was clean and installations in general super good!

The hotel is new and clean, and the breakfast is very rich. The location is extremely superior, quiet but very close to the Tram stop, about 5 minutes away, and the tram to the center is about 10 minutes away. I had a perfect holiday with my boyfriend and will definitely book this hotel again in the future!

Not far from the old town of Brozlaw, access was good and the staff were friendly. There were a lot of guests at breakfast, so when all the food was consumed, it was not refilled quickly, so I was waiting for a while, but it seemed difficult for two people to serve, and the staff seemed to have to be replenished. Overall it was a spacious and pleasant hotel.

We've been coming to the area for years and decided to check out this hotel which only opened last year. In short, it's amazing! Located directly above the small town of Szklarska Poreba it's a bit out of the way for most tourists but that's fine with us. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The spa area is spacious and you can find bathrobes and slippes in your room. We choose the half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and no wishes were left open. We had a mountain view superior suite with 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony - amazing views and an amazing room. Two minor complaints are that the balcony does not have any railings between the rooms and everybody can walk up right to your windows and look into your rooms. Also, there is not enough parking space, you should definitely book that in advance. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. Radisson members get free water bottles in their rooms, so it might be a good idea to join.

They provide very comfortable bed and clean coverlet and clean pillow. We loved it. We recommend.

The bathroom in the room is very large, the bed is small, the location is convenient, the parking fee is very expensive, 105 zloty a day. Breakfast is average, the surrounding streets are beautiful, suitable for travel and leisure, there is no subway nearby.
