Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

Environmental service: From the beginning of the bus, the uncle security guard enthusiastically helped with the luggage. The check-in efficiency at the front desk was super high and the smile was particularly infectious. When I met the cleaning aunt in the corridor, I would also take the initiative to smile and say hello. This kind of detail makes people feel very warm. Room experience: There is really a surprise to open the door! The room is more spacious and bright than expected, the lighting is quite good, the focus is too clean! There is no dust on the carpet with bare feet, the bathroom hardware is polished brightly, there is no water stain, for me who is a bit clean, this is directly full marks. The bedding is skin-friendly and soft, and you can relax instantly when you lie down. Details plus points: The tea in the lobby is very intimate, the shower water pressure is sufficient and stable, and the quality of toiletries is also good. A small gift was also given when checking out. I have already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely choose here next time I come here! Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

The Congtai Hotel boasts an excellent location. Directly opposite its entrance is Congtai Park; to the left are Huiche Lane and Handan Road, and to the right is New Century Center, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel's service was superb! Both the cleanliness and the dining options were outstanding. We rented a car for sightseeing after arriving in Handan, and parking at the hotel was also very convenient. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend Congtai Hotel to friends!

The check-in experience was very good! First of all, the hotel's pick-up service was very convenient, and the staff was very professional. Even though it was my first time to Zhengding Airport Station, I could quickly understand the boarding location and accurately reach the waiting point under the guidance of the staff's phone! The pick-up driver had a good attitude, and I felt the hotel's enthusiasm before I checked in! The professional and warm service of the beautiful front desk lady allowed me to check in and rest quickly. The wake-up call rang on time at 6 o'clock in the morning, and the airport transfer arrived ahead of schedule at 6:30. Everything was so smooth... If I go to Shijiazhuang late and leave early in the future, I will choose this hotel again. Thanks to the platform!

The hotel is located in a quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the service is first-class, proactive and meticulous. I won't go into details inside the hotel. After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Relatively old hotel, the facilities in the room are a bit old and it is time to renovate. However, the front desk and floor service staff are still full of enthusiasm. Breakfast is a bit simple, but compared to the price, breakfast may be like this. Try not to live in a room facing the street, otherwise you can hear the sound of motor vehicles on the road very early.
