We stayed for 1 night. Thank God, because we were with a child, they gave us a non-smoking room. In general, the Turks need to do something about this! Smoking is prohibited in public places. Dog-friendly - also a rather rare occurrence in these places. Otherwise, the hotel is very shabby, these are not 5 stars. The room is large. Water / tea and instant coffee (in five stars!). For 3 people, they gave a room without an extra bed. My 11-year-old daughter and I, of course, fit in a single bed, but still it is strange. The breakfast is just awful. A mountain of bread, eggs rolled over until blue, fried eggs or omelettes are fried in terrible frying pans. Judging by the look, the cheese is cut in the evening, it is all stale, I will not even mention the sausage - how can you eat Turkish sausage and hot dogs - is unclear. The only edible thing Nea breakfast - kaymak and honey in the comb. That's it! The parking lot is full, but if you give the keys to the parking attendant, they will put it. This year Türkiye left some indelibly unpleasant trace.

On the last day before going, I went down to the pool at 10 am and was told it was being cleaned but unfortunately I couldn't go in. I wish it was cleaned at different times. I hadn't gone in the evening before that thinking I would go to the swimming pool in the morning before going but that wasn't the case. The food, room and view were nice.

We recently stayed at a different 5-star hotel in Konya, but had a very bad experience. The Novotel offered a completely different experience. The staff was friendly. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were exceptional. If we ever pass through here again, we'd definitely stay here again.

Although the room facilities are a bit old, the location is very good, the breakfast is very good, and you can see the museum and the mosque where you eat breakfast. The staff are very warm and polite, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

The hotel rooms and restaurant are great. There were not many people when we went. The restaurant staff were very warm and thoughtful. We were the only one serving guests at the time, and we felt very treated well. Konya is a beautiful city and I would like to come again if I have the chance.

There are not many dining facilities around the hotel. The room is large and the service attitude is good. The bath water seems to be slippery. The price is still very satisfactory. Called a taxi. My Huawei mobile phone arrived at the front desk and there was no way to use UBER. I originally bought Huawei's sky pass. The breakfast is very rich. Dinner consumption is not high.

The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

Hotel is reasonable for the price. However, booked with Trip app for 2 adults and 2 kids, the 3 person room was not suitable, although it was proposed in the app. The hotel offered is a second room, for the same price, hence solving our problem.

Service was great. The hotel was very nice. They upgraded us as it was low season. Rooms were nice though decor was old. Breakfast excellent

Secondly, the service was truly exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly [Mr. Wang / Ms. Li], was incredibly warm and attentive. As we arrived early, they thoughtfully arranged an early check-in for us. During check-in, they also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and local dining options, and patiently answered all our questions. Most importantly, the room amenities were a delightful surprise. The room looked exactly like the promotional photos, being spotlessly clean and tidy. The mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and consistent. Thoughtful touches like [the complimentary minibar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly elevated the overall quality of our stay.
