Good guesthouse, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, but the floor is not very clean and the water heater did not work periodically.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Very helpful and friendly staff and owner. Hotel is next by the river with nice view but unfortunately it is also loud if a boat is passing by(also at night)

Excellent location in the quiet part of the city, near the ruins of the temple. A separate room with air conditioning was provided, the room itself is small, but since it is a separate house on the 2nd floor, there is a large shared living room with a kitchen and a refrigerator where you can cook breakfast or dinner, In the refrigerator for guests bottle with water, there is a soluble coffee, a teapot, a stove. There is also a workplace under your laptop and a TV sofa. Stable fast Internet. There is a washing machine and a gel for washing. In general, everything is necessary for comfortable accommodation. On the first floor, there are 2 bathrooms with a shower. The situation in the house is certainly not new, you get what you pay for, but inside everything was clean and clean. A small area is adjacent to the house where you can park a car or a bike. The area is closed by the gate. The yard is full of green, in the evening a pleasant atmosphere creates a lot of girlland. Although it is in the city, the house itself is located in a quiet alley, in the morning you will wake up to singing birds, with a pleasant feeling of staying in the middle of the forest. The settlement process is not difficult, before you enter you will get a detailed instruction with passwords from the locks. Just follow the instructions and everything will work out. With the owners personally didn't meet, at the time of my stay of the neighbors, too, so I was the only tenant in the whole house. Thank you to the host for hospitality, especially for the cold water in the refrigerator, as it is impossible by the way, after a hot day.

A very unusually decorated guesthouse, located 2 minutes from the temples. The friendly hostess will tell and help with any question: from a boat ride to bus tickets to Bangkok. And although breakfast is not indicated on the card, it will be waiting for you in the morning: toast, muffins, fried/boiled eggs, tea/coffee and bananas - quite enough until lunch. The only thing that was missing was good water pressure in the shower, but such are the realities of a flow-through heater. And there was only one towel per person, I would have liked more for hands and head. There was no closet in our room, only one hook with 4 hangers on it. Overall, I recommend this guesthouse for the atmosphere and location

Going to work, intending to find a peaceful accommodation, found a 20/10 accommodation, not broken, plus add more, it's private, working by the water, the atmosphere is very good. If you come to Ayutthaya, you will definitely come again.

Very thoughtful room arrangement, excellent staff, room amenities are very nice, quiet and peaceful, in walking distance to nice restaurants, beautiful view, breakfast was better than most Thai breakfasts at a hotel. The only thing is the water isn't too warm and not enough to make a nice hot bath.
