As clean as it gets for a dated hotel. Truly needs refurbishment. Location is alright, shuttle bus provided for town access. Service as expected of Japanese hotel standard. Nice hotel garden with onsen. However please note, this is the first 4-star hotel that provided me with only 2 pillow for my room. Additional pillow requires charges. Though I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Although I only stayed for one night, the facilities and service were so good that I wanted to stay a few more days. The staff were especially helpful. They explained everything in English and even called taxis to get me where I wanted to go. Breakfast is included, so you get a high-quality meal, which I highly recommend. The hot springs were quiet and perfect for relaxation. The 24-hour mini hot springs in the room were especially great for early mornings and early evenings.
I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of May because I had a live concert at Makuhari Messe. It was only a short train ride from Makuhari, and on the way back it was quiet and relaxing as most people were heading towards Tokyo. It was also very convenient to get to the airport by train. The facilities were very clean, and the location was easy to find as you exit Soga Station, so I would definitely stay here again.
I had an early morning flight the next day, so I chose to stay overnight near the airport. I initially thought it was a capsule hotel and didn't expect much arriving early, but it turned out to be a huge bathhouse with all sorts of facilities! After soaking in the hot spring, there were various relaxation areas, a ping-pong room, and a gym. The bathhouse itself was also very spacious. After showering, they sold milk, had various vending machines, and even a small shop. I really regretted arriving so late! There's a shuttle bus for Terminals 2 and 3, but not for Terminal 1. You'll need to take another airport shuttle from there. Terminal 2 has the most frequent services, from platform 23B on the 1st floor (it's at the end of the central lane after you exit, the sign looks a bit makeshift and was a little hard to find).
This stay totally exceeded our expectations, even by the high standards of Japanese hospitality. The room was perfectly prepared for three people, and the beds, even the extra bed requested, were exceptionally comfortable—a welcome retreat during the winter weather.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. We spent two nights at this hotel while visiting Disneyland with our two children. We booked a quad room for two adults and two children, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service to Disneyland right from its entrance. Especially on hot days, I felt this was much better than staying at a Disneyland hotel, as it minimized walking and made our experience much more relaxing.
Breakfast was also excellent, and our children absolutely loved it.
The hotel is about 800 meters from the metro station. Right by the metro exit, there's a shopping complex with a food court that reminds me of a traditional Chinese snack street. It offers a wide variety of snacks that are inexpensive but very delicious.
I don't think you should expect a bath.
The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early!
But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!
The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station.
It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children.
It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain.
The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating.
We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand.
It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.

The hotel is near Maihama Station, and the shuttle takes about 10 minutes to get there, making it very convenient to catch the Disney Resort Line. However, we had a little hiccup. On our first night, while waiting for the shuttle, the bus pictured (the one in the photo) arrived. We showed our Ctrip booking to the driver, but he surprisingly told us it wasn't for this hotel. This left us waiting in the cold for 20 minutes until the next identical shuttle arrived before we could board. Also, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told there was no onsen (hot spring), even though I had booked well in advance and confirmed it had one at the time. Nevertheless, the hotel staff were very proactive in resolving the issue later on. I'd definitely stay here again for my next Disney trip!

JJosephine_NgThere are only 2 machines for self-check-in. One of them is broken. I can't find anyone after a long time. Trip.com I booked a barbecue package on behalf of me. It was obviously said that I was dining in the restaurant. In the end, I only put the food in the room and asked us to burn it ourselves. Other than that, everything else is very good, we played zipline, picked vegetables, occasionally played well, but the service needs to be improved

AAnonymous UserReally really like this hotel. If you have to say, I like this hotel the most on this planet.
Inadequate point: Obviously very old. There are some water stains everywhere on the ceiling, the feeling of old. The appearance can also see the traces of the years.
Pros: The meal is delicious. The attitude of the cuisine is for freshness, for cleanliness, for the aroma of the sea. It is possible to get close to the sea in an incredible way. After coming once, I can clearly hear the sound of the sea for a long time, I can smell the smell of the sea, and I can remember the golden waves hitting the black black stone beach.
Decisive advantage: Compared to the surrounding hotels, this hotel can open the window facing the sea. This hotel has an open-air hot spring, which can soak in the hot springs when you see the golden sea. This hotel has a car to pick up passengers to the canine station. This hotel has a very beautiful lobby and can enjoy elegant time.
