到昆明出差，第二天早班火車，所以想着選一個離昆明南站近一些的酒店，嘉盛酒店的大堂比較小，但是前台小姐姐很熱情，很快安排好了房間，房間也不大，但是很乾凈整潔，很舒適，衞浴設備也很好，不僅和洗手枱乾濕分離，沐浴間和坐廁也是獨立分開的，老實説，我選酒店的一個原則就是要衞浴乾濕分離，很怕那種一個房間裏洗手枱淋浴器和坐廁都在一起，還要穿塑料拖鞋的那種酒店。嘉盛在這一點上是做得比較好的。第二天一早，吃了有中式麪點，炒飯，青菜和粥的早餐，酒店還有送站服務，因為我走得比較早，沒等到8點半的送站車，小姐姐讓我自己打車到車站，還給報銷了車費，雖然錢不多，十幾塊錢，但是真的很貼心，贊一個。

I particularly like the tasteful architectural décor, as well as the food. If you are looking for a place close to the Kunming city government, various banks and shops, then this location is ideal. It can be too far from the city for tourists. The personal attention from the staff was really outstanding. There is a chic bar with pastries, it would have been nice to have an outdoor terrace to chill out in the evening, as plenty of space is given. We definitely want to come back for a 3rd time.

The room is very smart and the stay is very comfortable. The mattress is soft and hard, and it is easy to fall asleep when you come back from play. Forgot to take pictures, but the real scene is exactly the same as the hotel picture. Although the hotel is located in the university town, it is relatively biased, but there is a particularly good special car free shuttle, travel back and forth worry-free! Special thanks to the hotel for your help. On the morning of our family of three, the child was sent to the doctor for acute gastroenteritis and the infusion took a long time. After stabilization, the time to leave the car was very urgent. The hotel received our help call, immediately helped to dispatch the special car, and helped the child's father quickly carry the luggage into the special car. The special car sent the child's father and luggage to the hospital, and picked us up to the South Station. Thanks again! Regarding the inconvenience caused to customers by the unprofessional front desk agent, she apologized directly and immediately (rather than repeatedly calling, which was annoying) and offered a solution. She also provided prompt feedback and addressed any subsequent issues. This is the service a chain hotel should provide. When she apologized in person, she listened attentively, patiently, and humbly to opinions and suggestions. This is the attitude a chain hotel should provide. (After the misunderstanding on the 26th, the front desk agent and salesperson who came up launched into a spiky argument, which only made things worse.) Having more crisis management skills and professional service like this lady would be a great help! I hope you can hire more professional people like her! I don't want to encounter the same mishaps the next time I stay at your hotel in Kunming. 😵😵😵 I sincerely hope Holiday Inn Express can leave the same positive impression I did when I first graduated and started working there! And that it can continue to persevere in the competitive market! Finally, I want to say one more thing: I can't dial your phone number (5789) on Ctrip. I couldn't get in because I didn't swipe my room card to extend my stay. I wanted to call the front desk to send it up, but they couldn't get through! This is a really new hotel, with so many details to consider. I hope they'll improve over time!

The location of the hotel is very good! Entering the lobby is very bright! The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and provides first-class service. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, the bedding is soft, the room is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is also very good. The tea sets are exquisite, the scenery outside the window is picturesque, the electric curtains, and the fully automatic heated toilet seat reflect the standards they should have, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. Hotel employees Wang Chun, Wang Xinning, and Xiao Guo are warm and thoughtful, and their meticulous service makes people feel at home. When I came to Kunming this time, my wife had back pain and needed a stool for bathing. He was solved immediately. There was an incident during dinner in the evening. He forgot to take the room card when he went out. The employee immediately went upstairs to get the room card. It was a bit awkward at once. I was so moved that I wrote a review. I will choose to come here next time, the waiters here are really friendly!

The parking lot is super large and parking is very convenient. The hotel is next to a school. The environment is quiet, clean and sanitary. The bedding is comfortable. It would be better if breakfast could be served until 10 o'clock.

A relatively new hotel. Perfect for a overnight stay for people rushing to the high speed the next morning. Room was big and comfortable. We booked for the non smoking level but there is an ashtray on the living room table and u can smell cigarette smoke along corridor. Really wished this country makes more effort in advocating for non smoking despite signs beinf put up. We managed to search for a little night market, Shilin night market about 10 mins taxi ride away from the hotel. Maybe hotel can provide more information about places around for tourists. It is also a short walking distance to the metro which is linked to high speed as well. Managed to book the free pick up from high speed to hotel however the next day's hotel to high speed is already fully booked. We also didn't managed to have breakfast due to timing of our high speed.

This is a legitimate 4-star hotel, perfect for family trips. It's safe, quiet, and clean. The location is super convenient; you can see it right from Subway Exit 4. Directly across the street is Dounan Flower Market, Asia's largest, offering a huge variety of incredibly affordable flowers. The front desk even provided complimentary souvenirs and seasonal fruits. We'll definitely bring our family back and plan to stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel is clean and very near to night market and food, there is a small shopping belt just below the hotel. The only thing that can be improved further is the location of the hotel entrance drop off via DiDi, they just drop you along the roadside which you need to walk maybe for an estimate of 150m. Not sure why the drivers cannot find the way to the entrance of the hotel.. maybe it’s the DiDi app map issue. Overall the hotel is great

The hotel offers a beautiful, clean, and tidy environment. Our room, located on a high floor, was very spacious and well-equipped, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provided fantastic, panoramic views of Dianchi Lake. The hotel service was equally impressive; the front desk staff were warm, courteous, and polite, making check-in very quick and efficient. I've stayed here several times now, and the housekeeping staff are always meticulous and attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
