Extremely satisfied! The quality is very high, the service is excellent, and the customer service is very responsive. The room is spacious, the towels are clean, the duvet smells great, and the curtains let in just the right amount of light. It's very quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep.

Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

This garden hotel is absolutely stunning! The garden is like a huge energy field; a walk through it every evening recharges you. A big thank you to the lovely front desk lady who arranged a beautiful room with a direct view of the garden – it was so refreshing to open the window each day. The swimming pool is also fantastic! It's deep and spacious, with excellent water quality, making for a truly enjoyable swim. The room was cleaned promptly, and the housekeepers thoughtfully left four bottles of water, all neatly arranged! I was able to add the butler on WeChat, and during my five-night stay, I received fruit for three days, and two cans of coffee as a farewell gift! Our room rate included breakfast and dinner, and for all five nights, the food at the restaurant was consistently excellent! The Yunnan local dishes, in particular, were so delicious they almost brought tears to my eyes! The rice noodles were incredible, with four different types of toppings! I had rice noodles for both breakfast and dinner! The fruit selection was also abundant, with seven or eight varieties. I especially loved their freshly squeezed juices, particularly the cucumber juice. And they have an Indian chef whose flying bread and curry are simply divine! The location is superb! A short walk through Haigeng Hall leads you directly to Haigeng Dam, making it incredibly convenient to see the seagulls! Xishan and Haihong Wetland are also not far, perfect for a leisurely stroll. I hope to stay at InterContinental Hotel again on my next visit to Dianchi Lake. The quality and service far exceeded my expectations!

My stay at Jinbi Clubhouse exceeded expectations. The front desk upgraded my room for free, and it was spotlessly clean. I particularly loved their bedding; it was very comfortable. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Whether it was checking in at the front desk, having breakfast in the morning, or encountering housekeeping staff, everyone would stop and greet me politely. It felt like a very professionally managed hotel! I also have to commend the location – right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

Yitel Premium is situated in a fantastic location in Kunming! Super close to Old Street where you can find tons of food, shopping, teas & coffees galore! The hotel was lovely - super comfortable bed, good smelling bathroom amenities, and complimentary water. We used the laundry facility and it was very useful. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but still everything we ate was delicious. This hotel's location makes it prime real estate, I highly recommend!!

This is indeed a courtyard hotel, and it's incredibly quiet. As soon as you enter, there's a bar with a fridge, and the TV is huge, with seamless screen mirroring from my phone. The wet and dry areas are completely separate: the washbasin, shower, and toilet are all in individual sections. The mattress is just right, not too soft or too firm, and there's a choice of regular pillows and memory foam pillows, so I slept very comfortably. There was a stack of bottled water on the table by the door, which was very convenient to grab on the way out. Plus, the staff's service attitude was excellent. All in all, I'm very satisfied!

Opting for Sofitel during my trip to Kunming was an excellent decision; I was thoroughly impressed. The lobby was impeccably clean and spacious, making for a pleasant first impression. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient in handling requests, showing great attention to detail. A special shout-out to Mia, whose warm and thoughtful service truly embodied the 'excellent service' that guests often mention – she absolutely lived up to the hype. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxation, and the quiet nights ensured a good rest. The hotel's prime downtown location made it convenient for catching taxis and exploring the shopping districts. With a perfect balance of great facilities and outstanding service, my stay was exceptionally comfortable. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation when I visit Kunming again, and I'll be sure to rebook.

The hotel room was cleaned very clean, no smell, the bed was very comfortable, the front desk service was intimate, the check-in was very fast, the staff was gentle and polite, the hotel was quiet, the facilities were complete, and the travel was convenient. The overall stay experience is very good, cost-effective, highly recommended.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The family room was decorated so adorably, with colorful cartoon bedding that created a wonderful atmosphere. The wall colors were soft and soothing, and the all-wood wardrobes provided ample storage. The linens and towels were clean and fluffy. The room's window offered a fantastic view directly overlooking Kunming's unique antique-style buildings. Throughout the hotel, exquisite potted plants were strategically placed, creating a beautiful Chinese ambiance at every turn. The location is superb; right outside, you can find authentic Sichuan-Yunnan style noodles, and the surrounding commercial area and old streets are easily accessible. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It's perfectly suited whether you're traveling with kids or on your own.

Great hotel, super clean and modern rooms that were very well equipped with anything you could need. They have outside gardens on each floor and beautiful courtyards to hmrest when you want a break from being out all day. The breakfast is delicious, a good selection of local and western items. Location was very cool next to the night market so plenty of fun places to have meals and despite the market being there all day, the rooms were extremely quiet. Also very easy and quick (under 20 mins) to get a didi to Kunming station.
