The hotel is very near train station, library and hot spring museum! Hotel is clean and room is clean and comfy. They also provide some lovely drinks and snacks in the room that made us feel refreshed after return hotel from hot day outside. Inside the room having a private hot spring tube. My family can enjoy it in the room. And the public one in hotel also clean and quiet. Recommended!

Good hotel stay. Staying at the hotel makes it quite convenient to enjoy the hot springs. Each room has its own private bath tub with hot spring water. I liked the breakfast buffet options. They have light meal options for vegetarians such as congee and salad. All the food items are clearly labeled so it's easy for me to know what I can eat as a vegetarian. I think the staff might be overworked due to the large volume of day hot spring visitors. Maybe management should have more manpower planned so the current staff are not exhausted. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get around as the hotel is quite a way from the train station.

The location is convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Qushui Guild Hall from the MRT station. During the trip, the surrounding environment is beautiful and the scenic spots are also very close. It is easy to reach by walking. The breakfast is also very rich. It has been upgraded and the room is bigger.

I initially saw a lot of negative reviews online, but after staying there, it wasn't as bad as everyone imagined. I personally thought the environment was very clean, and there were coffee pods provided in the room, as well as coffee and water. There's a clean lounge, too. It's a bit far from the MRT station, so I had to take a taxi, but it was only $85, which was a good deal. I think the price is worth it. Don't expect 100% perfection when booking a room. The price and quality are very good. Great! ^_^❤️

The room was clean, and the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The hot spring tub was large enough for two people to soak in together. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room was compact, and though the facilities were new, there was no view from the window. The service, however, was outstanding. I believe the staff at the public onsen could use better training. For example, my family left the room key with an attendant for me, but the attendant merely placed it in a drawer. I only received it after I specifically asked for it. Furthermore, one morning before 8 AM, someone knocked loudly on my door, but when I opened it, no one was there. I've already reported this incident to the hotel. Thankfully, it didn't happen in the middle of the night.

The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the MRT station; however, the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel adds a level of convenience for guests. Additionally, its location is within walking distance of the Thermal Valley, making it easily accessible. One limitation is that the room lacks a window, which may result in a stuffy atmosphere, especially after enjoying a hot spring bath.

The hotel is located near the Beitou Hot Spring Museum and the Beitou Park Open-Air Hot Spring Bath. It is about a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. It is very convenient. The receptionist was kind and polite. Thank you very much for upgrading us to a waterfront view suite. The facilities in the room are clean and spacious, with complete supplies and even provide hair conditioner and body lotion. The bathing and shower area can be ventilated and set up separately from the toilet. It is a good experience to stay in the bathing place on the same day. The CP value is very high. It is my first choice for bathing in Beitou.
