the staff is the best so far i have seen in India... Hyatt really trained and hopefully are paying them well enough to be way above the rest of Indian's hospitality industry...
one staff even went all his way to help me with my taxi booking... which is much appreciated unlike Accor group's staff who keep using the word "NO"
first time travelers to india should only book Hyatt!!!

The stay was super memorable at Hyatt. The staff hospitality was so much good…they made us felt so so special which was much needed after our marriage. Would always recommend and come here for the special hospitality. Loved the stay. Beautiful Moments turned into Memories

Location is quite ok. A big mall beside the hotel. However, the amenities in the rooms are all very old. Breakfast spread is quite limited & don't look appetizing. Room cleaning service quite haphazard; cleared the used body wash and hair conditioner but did not replaced with new ones; threw away my opened package of salt left in the desk.

The hotel's breakfast is mainly vegetarian, and bacon and eggs are rare meat dishes. The first time I stayed at the Hyatt Ahmedabad hotel, this place must be in the area of the Alpha one mall depar**ent store, convenient to travel with both Uber, Auto and near the Metro station.
The room is clean, spacious and sleeps well.
The staff is professional by hotel chain standards.
Breakfast is both international. and Indian style

Best location in Ahmedabad specially vastrapur near to mall location is best i am staying right now at Hyatt use salon for make over with Mr Dharam and manicure and pedicure with bokaho and santa very clean area at pool side nanuram and vketo both are very supportive and good manners at desk Mr jainal , kalpana , kitoli , jasmine all team members are good thank you all guys

Best service and well behave staff Especially Mr.Bidyut is good at service Setup and decor is good Even they all are available on just phone call and they treat us like family My family loves food and taste is just as amazing We loved it ambience
