IC Hotels Residence

A lovely gem of a find in the Antalya area. Have stayed in Antalya before and most hotels of note are of a good standard compared to most other regions in europe, but this place really stood out for us. As a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 year old, 4 year old), we stayed in a Lake Villa. Welcome drinks at reception were a nice touch, staff were friendly and polite, and they stayed kind and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious, nothing outstanding about the decor but comfortable with plenty of amenties to make you feel at home. The minibar was restocked every day and the drinks/snacks came in handy for the kids inbetween mealtimes. The swim up pool was great for a quick dip when in need of a cool down, or for a nice relaxing afternoon staying in. The grounds itself gave you the sense of being on a retreat- spacious, calming and beautifully looked after greenery everywhere, even at the pool which has palm trees stylishly situated on small islands in the pool itself! The beach is well looked after with plenty of facilities (showers, foot washers, immaculate toilets), and the beach bar is a lovely bit of luxury, with great cocktails and food made to order in the afternoon. The main highlight of this resort is the Mavi restaurant: food was excellent at all times- great buffet selection with plenty of options, with lovely a-la carte options available if the buffet didn't suit. There were always plenty of staff on hand and they were attentive, friendly and always helpful with the kids. Premium drinks/alcohol available at all times and the bar staff happy to make a range of cocktails. The first negative I have about the resort is the lack of snacking/food options between mealtimes- dinner was slightly too late of our youngest but I get that the resort isn't necessarily geared towards children. Secondly the spa was heavily overpriced which meant it was hardly being used by guests. The spa facility itself looked amazing but I was put off by the pricing, even at half the price it still would've been relatively expensive for Turkey. A more reasonable price structure would see a much higher uptake on usage and overall enhance the stay experience for guests. Overall we all had an amazing holiday. The ability to use the sister hotel's facilities meant that there was plenty to keep us busy and ensure the kids were suitably entertained. Animation and entertainment was of a really high standard too. If you're looking for a bit of luxury whilst still receiving the full Antalya all inclusive holiday experience then you wouldn't be disappointed by staying here! We have visited this hotel 6-7 times and it never fails to disappoint. We always ask for room 5003 or 5004 lakeside villa. We food is outstanding in every restaurant and staff are brilliant, professional but very friendly and nothing is the bother. The ground are amazing and the gardens work very hard. The beach bar is excellent and food fabulous. The Guest relations are so helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel. We are hoping for a week in October with friends.

We stayed at the hotel in October 23. Concept: it’s great that all guests of IC Residence can use facilities of ic green. But it has private beach, pools, bar and restaurant (with better food and less people). Rooms are different- some are old some with quite new designs. Service: from first meeting to the end it was good work of reception staff and managers. All are ready to help and to make all the best for a comfortable stay at the hotel. Rooms: we stayed at lake villas: 2 sleeping rooms plus one living room and two bathrooms. The room was comfortable, though it needs to be refurbished. Cleaning was good (don’t forget to leave tips). Mini bar - here was a problem, all the time it was different set of drinks and snacks (at some days were only soft drinks and beer; on some days wine and strong alcohol spirits; on some days were salty snacks and so on; though the concept was one and it should of been the one set every day … so …that should be better controlled by hotels management). This type of rooms have two options- first floor and second floor. Second floor has stairs to the pool and to the room entrance. Be aware especially if you are with seniors or toddlers. Restaurant, bar: very nice selection of food, easy to find healthy food. It’s really nice that it has a smaller choice (than usually in 5star Turkish hotels) but better quality. The atmosphere in bar and restaurant is private and calm. Love it! A la cart of IC green are also nice but we liked more ic residence restaurant food. Kids club: it has different kids activities, nice that it is decided by age groups. Though looking after small kids could be better, our 4y.o. left the kinds center and ran way, nice that he was quickly caught by the staff, but I would live to be sure that when leaving kid at kids centre he is save and wouldn’t walk alone at the big hotel territory with many pools. So staff should be more attentive. Shows, sports, other activities: we are not addicted to this stuff, but seems it was really good, guests were happy. Nice kids activities with bubbles show and we liked the idea of October fest (though it’s better to hold all activities with food and drinks in the evening rather than in the day)❣️. Beach: very comfortable, nice bar and barmen; love 🧡 fresh carrot juice in the mornings💗 Territory: green calm and beautiful. It would be nice to add ic residence sport ground for those who like self training Spa Center and its staff: this is a great minus of the hotel. Staff wasn’t ready to help. The were only tend to sell services. Hammam always cold, no water, no tea in spa center ; no shampoo at showers. Once I tried to get to woman dressing room with lockers - it was close, I knocked few times and after 5 minutes two ladies from the staff went out, very disappointing service. And the smell of towels was unpleasant like wet. When we tell that to hotel managers they said that it’s a company is renting premises for spa services and they are not responsible for m

Home from home and some! Last time we were at IC residence was 2022 and it was our I think 10th time but sadly couldn’t go 2023 due to unforeseen circumstances 😞 We will return 2024 and cannot wait to enjoy the sheer happiness and comfort the residence and staff give us! I cannot tell you how wonderful IC is as you really have to experience it for yourselves! The welcome at the airport starts your journey and then the fizzy reception on arrival although I still prefer an Effes or two! Once you go you will not go anywhere else trust me! All the little special treats like Hagen das ice creams on the beach(our most favourite spot) love love love and cannot wait to return! We first took our kids aged 3&4 and their now 15 & 16 so that tells you something xxx

What an amazing place! Hotel is lovely, facilities top notch. Food is on another scale. Staff, well they are more than lovely. There are too many to mention individually but special thanks to Ekaterina in guest relations and Tugce from reception.

Just returned from 10 day stay at IC green Palace/residence. The hotel has far exceeded all expectations. Staff and facilities are exceptional. Kids club is very caring and has lots of activities throughout the day. Food is very high quality and plentiful. Staff in the Mavi restaurant and the restaurant captain Mehmet have been unbelievably helpful and courteous to us as a family and inparticular when our 3 yr old granson did not feel well sending specially prepared light food for him to the room. In addition the buggy drivers, cleaners and all reception staff go out of there way to make your stay most enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff especially at Mavi restaurant. Very attentive and friendly with kids. The quality of the food was great. Spcial thanks to the barman at Mavi for great service and mocktails. Residence offers calm environment whilst still giving access to the attractions of IC Green palace, including kids pool and kids club.

We have sadly just come to the end of a magical 10 day stay at the IC Residence in Antalya. Part of a larger hotel complex (connected to the IC Green Palace), the IC Residence offers a peaceful and relaxing haven, whilst benefitting from all the facilities and activities of the larger neighbouring hotel. We have been delighted with our stay here and would recommend anyone to visit this beautiful hotel. Our villa (5074), was spacious, very well appointed and benefited from a private pool and views over a lake. The fridge is constantly stocked with drinks and snacks, so you'll be wanting for nothing during your stay. Most importantly, we have been truly well looked after by all the hard working staff. It would be wrong to single out any individuals because everyone we've encountered has been so hospitable, from the welcoming receptionists to the incredibly attentive waiters and bar / kitchen staff. Our villa has been kept immaculate by the cleaners every day and the grounds people work so hard to keep the place looking beautiful. There is nothing that is too much trouble, and we couldn't thank everyone working at the IC Residence enough for making our stay so special. We very much hope to be returning here in the future. This was our very first visit to IC Hotels Residence, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The culinary offerings were exquisite, with a wide range of delectable dishes. Lots of activities throughout the day which provided endless entertainment, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The restaurant service was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A heartfelt shoutout to the LILIUM SPA TEAM, namely BURHAN, OLGUN, and INNA, for their outstanding dedication and skill, making our SPA experience truly rejuvenating. IC Residence Hotel truly stands out, offering an unforgettable getaway.
