Kleopatra Ada Hotel

This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in! Not 4* maybe 1* at best. First things first, 3 staff were nice, the 2 men on reception and the male cleaner who literally walked round all day moving cups and glasses from the tables by the pool & cleaning the floors and tables. Rooms: awful, first we were put in a room with a 3 quarter sized bed for 2 adults and a child, then they moved us to a room where the cupboard doors were falling off, the third room we were put in less than 12 hours after being there was slightly better! Not at all clean though! Bedding wasn’t changed in the whole 2 weeks we were there, the cleaner tried to give us dirty towels that other guests had used. My dad was put in a room with 2 single beds, his room was dirty & dusty. There were live wires left hanging out in the bathroom! Second room they gave him wasn’t cleaned before he was given the key, this was done after he complained about it. Food: chef was polite that’s where the goodness ends, he was putting food back in the serving dishes off people’s plates, coughing all over the food. Not much choice for English unless you fancy going on holiday for salad! No English breakfast as stated! Food was always cold even when you were first in, we ate out most days. No all inclusive snacks I.E, ice creams, hot dogs etc.. there were biscuits put out at 4.30-5.30 that was all the snacks there was. Pool: green on the bottom, wasn’t cleaned once while we were there. One of the bar staff smashed some plates and some bits went in the pool, I watched this and told 4 people and was called a liar!! Bar: the bar closes at 22:00 not 23:00 as stated online, while this is displayed in reception it is NOT stated online and it is misleading, the same song was played everyday for 2 weeks continuously, they changed the music at 21:00 to Russian dance music, this was only the last 4 nights of our 14 night stay! The bar staff were rude, arrogant and ignorant! They didn’t want to work. Soft drinks were served out of bottles that had been left in the sun all day! Alcohol was only small bottles and the beer smelled off! There was one floor of the hotel solely used for s*x workers!! Shower: if you enjoy a cold shower this place is perfect for you, you don’t feel clean after getting a shower here!!

Hasim was very helpful when we arrived, really really good help with everything and advising us of everywhere we went. 5 star. Hotel were great really accommodating couldn’t recommend more. Hasim. really really great !!! Made us feel really welcome will be back!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Food was really bad. Always cold, even if you were first in resteraunt. The rooms were very small and the all inclusive drinks only included Vodka, Gyn, beer and wine. No other choices even if you wanted to pay extra. It cost me £42 for 2 weeks to use Wi-Fi. Everyone I spoke to were I'll with sickness and Diahreah. My last 4 days I spent in my room as I was so I'll. What ever you do don't stay there.

This has to be the worst All inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in , I'm not one for complaining but when it cost £2k I'm a little annoyed . The food was the same every day which I know can be the same for most all inclusive but come on , Brussels for brekki? And they were the same Brussels put out for days. Several people got sick at this hotel whilst we were there, we have been home 2 days and we all still have diarrhea, the staff were ignorant and looked half asleep constantly, huffing and puffin all day , they just didn't want to be there, can't blame them to be honest , the place is disgusting. There is 1 bar at the pool. And behind it was so dirty . The only alcohol you could get was miniature bottles of vodka or gin, or a bitter tasting lager . No coffee before 8am , the hotel advertises all around the hotel, beach buffet at number 20 on the beach , there was no beach buffet at all the whole time we was there, and I believe when there is a buffet its not part of the all inclusive, the room we had was tiny , we walked in and there was a bunk bed and a small double shoved upto the wall next to the bunk and just enough leg room between the bunk and the double to get out the bed , the balcony could just about fit 2 people on, very Tiny , the lifts are dodgy as hell, constantly saying out of order , got stuck in them several times , and I wasn't the only one , I would have walked up the stairs but I was on 4th floor and suffer with my legs, They have no order at the pool area, towels being put on loungers at midnight for the following day only to be left all day with no one using them , so annoying. There is a bar across the street that does the best cocktails and he's the loveliest guy ever. That's the only enjoyment we had from this holiday, we spent most of it on the loo. My husband was sick for almost the entire holiday, I just can't understand how this hotel is still open . The chefs walk around the dining area like they are proud of their food. And watch you attempt to eat it . No toaster . And for 3 days the butter was rancid, they putting the butter out all day and what doesn't get used the out back out the following day. I opened one on the last day and the smell was so bad I gagged , the hygiene level is atrocious. And I'm really not that fussy at all. I feel annoyed that I paid so much money for this only yo come home with bad stomachs and 99% of out memories fighting over the last bit of toilet paper with my husband , 1 toilet roll per day. Rule . Never had 1 meal that was warm never mind hot.

I would not recommend this hotel, our room was on 5th floor, view was water things and solar panels from next building. We had no curtain the window, room was only cleaned once during our stay with no fresh towels or toilet paper, but if you was on 4th floor side of hotel that was done every day, the coffee machines was not cleaned down at all, behind the bar was filthy, the staff have no go in them at all and couldn’t speak any English, the lifts were dirty never cleaned. As for the food this was always cold and did not cater for everyone, many people ended up with poorly tummies, if you like onion rings then you be ok, no chips all week, don’t even cater for children, no toaster at breakfast time, uneaten Brussel sprouts where out at breakfast for 3 days in a row. The pool area was not the best. We definitely will not be going back to this hotel ever

The worst hotel experience ever!!! I do not recommend this hotel, the staff is terribly rude and they will touch your luggage and walk in your room without permission & tell you to find a new hotel after putting your bags out of your room!

The quality of the food in this hotel is not good and they did not deliver the food on the proper time. they did not take care of the room cleaning .the staff is very rude with the coustmer.and there is always a bad smell in this hotel.this is not good for your stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 nights and had a fantastic time. The staff are super friendly and did a fantastic job looking after us. We'd like to especially thank Mustafa and Siya for the great hospitality and hard work they do. The food was traditional Turkish and was beautiful and the hotel itself was very clean. The location is perfect... Very close to the beach with gorgeous sand and not too much of a dip to get in the sea. It is also away from the main hustle and bustle but is not too far to walk or get a taxi from outside the hotel to the harbour. All in all 10 out of 10. We will be back.
