An interesting concept for the hotel.
It really aims towards cultural / arts visitors with its decor, informational books in your room, etc.
No complaints about the service and amenities, only small issue is the city layout itself. Not a problem if you're calling in taxis though, and it's fairly close to a lot of restaurants.

The hotel was easy to find and the receptionist made checking in and out smooth and quick. By the time I went to breakfast it was only scraps of food left. I tried to get a milk tea from the machine but that was also out (was just cloudy hot water). The room was comfortable. The sound of the train did wake me up a couple times in the night but overall it wasn’t too disturbing.

the hotel staff is one of the best I have expierced in China. They are extremely helpfull I would book this hotel just for the front desk staff. The rooms provide value for the price they are offered for.

When compared to the money facilities seems pretty good. Big and spacious rooms, separate shower room. Delicious breakfast including fried rice and noodles. If you're a vegetarian then you will get only little varieties. Overall enjoyed the stay. You have to pay an extra 200 RMB deposit that they give back after checkout.

The check in was fast and without any problems. The receptionists don't speak English but were very kind and helpful and we managed to communicate. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, didn't smell of cigarettes. We had great view at rice fields and green hills. There is train track just in front of the window but it didn't bother us (we sleep with earplugs). Bed was comfortable. When we came down for breakfast, everything was already gone, only nuddle soup left what is a pitty when you reserve room with breakfast included. However we are not big fans of Guizhou cusine so we just found something to eat in the city.
We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Good value for money.
