房間很大的，設備也不錯，一個大浴缸，樓下温泉也不錯，雖然沒試過。但這個環境不錯，床也很軟，就是冬天的暖氣不太給力

給升級到了親子房，房間大，佈置也不錯，有浴缸可以泡澡，酒店也有免費温泉，還有小童馬桶架，帶娃出行不錯，早餐比較簡單，有免費接站

下午兩點半到的，大廳等了二十分鐘才把房間收拾出來。早餐很少，除了粥別的都是冷的。雖然有接站服務，到站打電話給司機，司機讓我們在出發層寒風凌厲，真的還不如自己打車。

設施：房間很新.比我預期要好很多.畢竟國慶假期這個價格是節假日的費用.對這個條件還是很滿意的.房間也比較大了算是.門口有放行李的位置和櫃子.衞生間乾濕分離
衞生：很乾凈.燈光明亮
服務：辦理入住的前台很温柔.
早餐：常規普通標準的早餐.還是很不錯的.四樣熱菜和幾樣小菜.以及各種主食和飲料.有雞蛋.要求不高的話還是可以的.簡餐哈
備註：是下午兩點後才可以辦理入住

房間空間足夠，床單枕頭套都很新。但是最致命的暖氣不足，房間好冷。位置比較偏，二道白河不好打車。衹推薦自駕的朋友。冬天入住要小心保暖。

服務1.入住沒有告知早餐時間，早上漂流回來八點多一點，被告知8:30早餐結束，餐廳基本沒有啥吃的就算了，打了一碗稀飯，想喝第二碗就已經收餐了，而且還沒吃完服務員跑過來問吃完了麼，要收餐具了，真無語，陸續還有旅客進來都沒有飯吃了。
2.酒店安排了一個管家，幫助客人協商車輛，朋友在小紅書看到去魔界漂流衹要80一個人票＋來回包車，我們一起去問管家，她要108而且態度極其惡略。
3.當地出行非常不方便衹能包車，而且他們説多少就是多少，出租車基本也打不到
