KKiean Kaih JohnsonOur transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach. It's a hotel converted from a fourth-generation residence. The room was great, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the sea and distant scenery. The room was exceptionally clean, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious, and we had a table facing the ocean with a good orientation, so we weren't directly in the sun while eating. It was a fantastic stay.

It was spacious, clean, and warmly decorated, with complete and practical facilities, making for an excellent living experience. The young lady and gentleman stewards provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service, with a kind and polite attitude. When I couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine, I sent a message and they immediately came to help, responding promptly and efficiently. They were meticulous and attentive throughout our stay, quickly and properly resolving any needs we had, making the entire check-in process easy and stress-free. The value for money is exceptional, and we'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

PPopGun_We were recommended to stay here by a friend. We randomly booked a room without a sea view. We went to the front desk to ask for a room with a front sea view and paid the difference. We came to Sanya for this beach, so of course we had to experience it! Who knows how it feels to go from the 2nd floor without a sea view to the 30th floor with a front sea view! The view is great and it is very convenient to travel. The Coconut Dream Corridor is just downstairs.

AAnonymous UserIt was my first time in Sanya's Haitang Bay, and I chose the Zifuyuan Sea Resort Hotel. The hotel experience was excellent. From my bed, I could see the ocean and hear the crashing waves. The facilities and scenery on the resort were fantastic. 👍 It also has a gym and a large swimming pool. It's a convenient, minutes' walk to the beach. There's an internal path connecting it to the Atlantis Hotel, which leads directly to the hotel lobby. You can also visit the aquarium for free.

AAnnabenloved the room and the buildings especially at night, but service was mid, all the car drivers refused to help with luggages so me and mom had to carry all of them and put those on and off the cars. No one knew where exactly we needed to go when we arrived, asked a few security guys about the building and never got the right answer. On the island theres literally nothing to do, there are a few pools next to each building but you can only use the one next to the building you live in and ours was super small, cold and when we asked to take some chairs to the sun they didn’t let us even though it was like 1-2m away from where the chairs were placed.
There are no restaurants or supermarkets so you would have to go outside if you are hungry or book an all inclusive experience.
I had a free room upgrade but the lady wanted me to pay for it after suggesting to have a better room.
Overall still enjoyed the stay, but having something to do on the territory would make it so much better

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

HHelen M.The room had a sea view. Quite spacious with a separate shower and toilet inside. There is also a separate large balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. Several large cabinets can accommodate all your belongings. The apartment has a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, dishes and a gas stove. Common washing machine in the bathroom. There is also a living room with a balcony. There are 5 different rooms in this apartment, if you have a large family or company, it will be convenient to relax together.😋
Nearby there is dadonghai beach, many cafes, supermarkets and markets. If you like to swim normally, it's better to go to the neighboring beach behind two bridges. The local beach has a tiny swimming area fenced with buoys. Step left step right and brave rescuers shout not to do stupid things and return to the swimming area.
There are many Russian restaurants and establishments around. Hookah parlors, pharmacies, massage parlors. In general, it's a good place, I recommend 😉

We have just returned from an amazing trip to Sanya, and the main star of our vacation is, of course, the apartment on the 29th floor in Dadonghai district. If you are looking for the perfect combination of comfort, convenience and spectacular views, then this is the place to be.
Location:
Dadonghai district is beautiful in itself, but this apartment surpasses all expectations due to its location right by the sea. Getting out of the building and onto the beach in a couple of minutes is priceless! There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, so everything you need is always at hand.
View from the 29th floor:
That's what it's worth going for! The windows offer an incredible panoramic view of the turquoise waters of the South China Sea, the endless beach and picturesque mountains. Every sunrise and sunset turned into a real performance, and the night city, strewn with lights, created an incredible atmosphere. The height of the 29th floor ensures that nothing obstructs the view, and the feeling of spaciousness is amazing.
The apartments themselves:
The apartment is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: there is a kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. It was especially convenient for those who prefer to cook on their own.
