房間正面修的很像廁所
正面對這一排垃圾桶 在馬路邊上 特別吵 每一輛車過都聽的清清楚楚
屋裡麪陰暗發黴 並且很多頭髮
最重要的是 忘在酒店房間桌子上的戒指被酒店的人偷走了！！一定要小心這家酒店

Out in the boondocks, eat on the property or drive quite a way, road into the property needs attention, brush encroaches on road. Far away from Old Arles. Internet was difficult to connect to and very slow. Not enough sockets for charging electronics. While comfortable it's more for people who want time in the country with additional paid amusements. Duvet too thick for room temperature, had to sleep outside bedding.

While the property is being advertised as a hotel, BE AWARE, it is a tourist village, sort of hybrid of Club Med and a motel. One pool for the entire village. Crowded would be an understatement. No maintenance. peeling paint, bad smell. We book a family room for 3 adults and a child and the room given to me and my daughter was less then 4m2 with no window…. All this at a modest 250 euros per night rate…. We run away despite loosing almost 500 euros.

Hôtel répertorié en 4 étoiles qui ne mérite pas ce classement. La restauration en buffet ne valait pas les 30€ par personne. Que du riz en accompagnement même pas de frites....

Un excellent séjour dans un Hôtel idéalement situé, tout proche des principaux sites à visiter et dans un cadre bucolique. Un accueil chaleureux et très professionnel de Valentin et de son équipe, et de Jean-Charles au bar. Rien n'est laissé au hasard, seule votre satisfaction compte. Bravo et félicitations également à la restauration où tout est parfait, l'accueil, le service, la qualité des buffets, la propreté. On est aux petits soins pour vous ! Mention spéciale pour le personnel Mauricien pour leur professionnalisme, leur sourire et leur bonne humeur.

Nous avons passé quelque jours en all inclusive en famille. Nous avons adoré le complexe, très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant. L'option all inclusive est top, et permet de vraiment se sentir en vacances. Les repas sont variés et bons. Attention toutefois, il n'y a pas de plat chaud le midi. Il s'agit de la continuité du petit-déjeuner (sucré / salé) qui s'étend jusqu'à 13h. C'est en revanche idéal pour partir en vadrouille avec les petits sacs fournis. Points négatifs concernant la chambre. Le lit était en réalité 2 lits simples collés, avec un drap de dessous simple qu'il fallait régulièrement "tirer" pour ne pas qu'il soit plissé pour se retrouver directement sur le matelas. Autre solution, ne pas bouger la nuit... Et dernier point négatif, le lit bébé ne passe pas dans la petite chambre. Nous avons donc été obligés de "se coucher" en même temps que notre fille de 2 ans, éteindre et ne pas faire de bruit dès son coucher à 19h30. Hormis ces petits bémols, nous recommandons vraiment cette résidence.

Peut largement mieux faire en tout point, pour le même prix. Literie à changer, ménage à revoir, nourriture peu varier et pour le repas du midi à emporter très décevant. Personnels de la restauration très pro, agréable et souriant.
