Hôtel Arles Plaza ★★★★
"Great hotel although coffee machine was an issue to use and why dont htey offer some milk for coffee?"
Kyriad Arles ★★
"The room was okay. We booked a two-night stay at this hotel through Ctrip, including breakfast. Arriving at the hotel a little after 9:10 PM, the front desk clerk warmly checked us in, but didn't explain breakfast. Generally, if breakfast is included, the front desk clerk will inform you of the time and location. If it's not included, they'll ask if you want to order it. However, since we arrived late, we didn't pay attention. The next day, when we had breakfast, no one at the hotel asked us to pay for breakfast. However, when we returned that evening, the receptionist who had been there before asked us to pay for breakfast. I explained that my room rate included breakfast, and that it was also stated on my English confirmation. Since I don't speak French and my English is only sparse, communicating with the front desk clerk was a bit tedious. An elderly woman tried to explain the fee, but the whole process was in French, so the front desk clerk sent her away. Later, a middle-aged man came forward to explain the fee. I asked if he was the owner, but he said no, thinking he was just a tourist or a neighbor, and there was no need to argue with him. Unexpectedly, he became furious, told me to leave the hotel, and threatened to call the police! We exited the hotel and, sitting on a bench near the entrance, called Ctrip customer service. Unlike the previous time in Andorra, the call went through smoothly. Customer service listened to my concerns and said they would contact the hotel front desk immediately and respond in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the middle-aged man left the hotel and told us the police would arrive in five minutes. However, when he returned about ten minutes later, the police hadn't arrived. He stood behind me and engaged in a conversation with the person across from me, completely rude and unbecoming of a hotel employee. Later, I saw Ctrip calling, but my phone, presumably on Do Not Disturb, didn't ring. So I called Ctrip again, and their customer service offered me a solution: I'd pay for breakfast first, and Ctrip would compensate me. I also asked that Ctrip apologize to the hotel for kicking us out and let us in. Later, a middle-aged man walked out of the hotel, smiling broadly, listening to his phone. He handed me the phone. It was Ctrip customer service, saying they had already communicated with the hotel and that I could check back in after paying for breakfast. After I hung up the phone, the middle-aged man's attitude changed drastically. He smiled and asked me to go through the formalities with the front desk. When I asked to pay by credit card, the front desk said no, and required me to enter my card number into their computer. How could I feel comfortable with that? I said I had to pay in cash, but the front desk looked hesitant and looked at the middle-aged man. He said it was okay, and the matter was resolved. I thought the matter was settled, but when I went back to open the door, I found that the lock had been changed. I went back to the front desk, and they gave me a new key. How bizarre!"
Urban Style Arl Hotel ★★★
"Perfect!"
Mercure Arles Centre Arènes ★★★★
"The room was clean, but I went down to the front desk twice to ask for slippers, but there was no one there. There was no phone at the room, and it seemed the hotel staff had left work. Even though I hadn't checked out yet, housekeeping came in through the door in the morning. It was clean, but the service was very poor. However, the rooftop view was worth it, as it offered a view of the stars at night, reminiscent of Van Gogh."
Ibis Budget Arles Palais des Congres ★★
"The elevator was broken and the toilet was dirty!"
Premiere Classe Arles ★★
"Reception only speaks French and is not very open to those who do not speak the language. Otherwise, the hotel offers a good quality/price ratio."
Ibis Styles Arles Palais des Congrès ★★★
"Lovely hotel with the simplicity of ibis and just outside the old city. Therefore a good price quality ratio."
Hôtel de l'Amphithéâtre ★★★
"Amazing location and very friendly service! But there was no hair dryer (not sure if it was just my room) and it would have been even better if there are plugs close to the bed"
Logis Hôtel le Rodin ★★★★
"Convenient parking, clean hotel, very good experience of French countryside, good service, reasonable price, hotel breakfast is a standard Western breakfast, when you book directly, choose to bring breakfast more cost-effective."

Hôtel & Spa Jules César Arles - MGallery
"Still, it's OK"
Le Cheval Blanc
"We stayed in this hotel with a cycling group and the team did its best to host us and make us feel comfortable. The place has a small 4 car garage you can rent and was useful to build our bikes and store luggage while we were traveling. The rooms have been redone recently and equipped with coffee pots and fridges. Breakfast has enough options for a group of cyclists. The staff is really caring and tries its best to please customers. It is right outside the old town walls, so it is easy to walk to the roman sites."
Odalys Residence Le Village Camarguais Les Gardians
"You can see that the 4 star rating was very long time ago and since the last 25 years, nothing was improved or updated. BAthroom and WC are sold, smell very badly and has mildew in the corners. House and rooms are more than tiny. No basic kitchen supply (dishwasher cups etc) provided. Would not recommend it and would not go there either again."
Hotel Spa le Calendal
"The South of France is a truly unique place! Arriving late at night, I left the train station and dragged my suitcase all the way to the hotel. The night view along the way was like stepping into a medieval European oil painting. The room was spacious enough, with a small table and chairs by the door. It was very relaxing."
Noemys Arles
"It was a very pleasant experience"
Hotel du Forum
"This is a wonderful and well-located place to stay in Arles to explore the surroundings or do run-out trips. It is located on a pedestrian-only square full of umbrella tables for dining or just sipping a latte. Don't worry about getting there - the thoughtful staff can arrnge for your taxi to drop you at the door or where/how to park for access. The buildings comprising the hotel are centuries-old and well renovated with comfortable and charming rooms with good beds and showers. There is an elevator and air-conditioning. The staff is kind and efficient and very accommodating when we arrived a day late due to a flight cancellation. The pool is lovely and a wonderful place for a cocktail or meal. Breakfast was very nice. I would enthusiastically stay here again and was sorry I missed a day exploring charming Arles."
Sowell Hotels l'Olivier
"The front of the room is decorated like a toilet Facing this row of trash cans, it's extremely noisy on the side of the road. You can hear every car passing by clearly. The house is dark and moldy, and there is a lot of hair The most important thing is that the ring forgotten on the table in the hotel room was stolen by the hotel people! ! Be careful with this hotel"
Ibis Arles
"This hotel has yet to refund me for leaving early. Asked me to email have done so 3 times stoped by twice. So avoid this hotel management is a joke and incompetent and lazy. Shame it came to this with this hotel but the staff was friendly just management needs to be sacked"
Hôtel Le Relais de Poste Arles Centre Historique
"The hotel is well located, clean and beautifully decorated. I strongly recommend"
Mas Petit Fourchon
"The room is very comfortable, the environment is very good, not far from the city by car. It is not recommended to not drive, it is not convenient to travel."
Le Mas d'Eymard
"Excellent welcome . All was perfect . Only regret not to meet the new owner but promised I will come back in family in spring or summer to enjoy. The swimming pool . The area is beautiful and the room is well decorated"
Le Cloître
"Nice people, but the lack of air conditioning in the terrible heat made it almost impossible to sleep and the fans provided merely moved the air around but did not cool us! It's so extraordinary to have a hotel like this not have air-conditioning in the south of France that this fact needs to be displayed more prominently by the booking sites when we booked. We would never have come if we had known how unbearably hot the room would be."
Le Mas de Peint - Hôtel et Restaurant
"We stayed here for 2 nights and had a junior terrace suite. The suite was lovely but it’s directly next to the kitchen so whilst we sat on our terrace to unwind all you can hear is kitchen staff shouting away. There was ants everywhere in the room and you would think paying £450 a night they would do some pest control.Dog poo was around the grounds not picked up and it was the owners dog not great yet they charged us nightly for our small dog who is a service animal. No charges for a service animal in other hotels. No turndown service for a 5 star hotel either.Food is a set menu nightly the first night was great the second a huge disappointment the fish was swimming in oil with an awful cabbage sauce I left it as it was inedible no questions asked just charged. Then we get to the safari trip of 75 euros each what a complete rip off.Two hours of a guide who spoke no English had we known we would not have bothered. We used our Google translate to get by the first 30 mins he stopped and told us how dragon flies eat the mosquitoes some safari!Yes you see the horses and bulls then our excitement was to see the pink flamingos. What a huge disappointment we were given binoculars to see them a huge distance away.We went to the nearby beach and saw them close up why the guide never took us there baffled us.The whole safari trip was a waste of our time energy and money. We’ve stayed in much better places on our France road trip.Would not recommend all they care about is taking your money."
Villa Blanche
"Many thanks to Gilbert and Olivier for their warm welcome to this magnificent, newly renovated Art Deco villa, tastefully decorated and nestled in a peaceful, green setting. We spent a rejuvenating week with delicious breakfasts."
Mas de la Chapelle
"We stayed in a triple room. Beds were comfortable. We had large queen bed and full size single bed for my daughter. Linen nice and lots of extra cushions provided. Large bathroom and separate toilet. Shower pressue good. Basic hand soap provided. Beautiful grounds to wander and explore. We drove in via sunflower fields. Private secure parking. Large tiled pool with many sun lounges in sun and shade. Pool towels provided. No restaurant so only continental breakfast offered. We brought in our own food and were able to access plates, cutlery and microwave. Staff very helpful. Owners live on site. Chapel converted to lounge area with many artefacts from overseas. Overall very peaceful and relaxing place. Easy drive to Arles, Sainte Remy and Les Baux. Nice to come back after sightseeing for swim and sit by pool. "
Résidence Odalys Référence les Gardians
"The accommodation is good. The quiet and pleasant place. A pleasant and responding to requests. It could be improved with a door between the room and the corner bed in the corridor for more intimacy. The coffee shop is not convenient for breakfast"
