Hôtel Arles Plaza ★★★★
"The breakfast buffet was great with many local foods such as cheese and ham. The artistic decoration inside is very unique. But you need a taxi to the station and 10 min walk to the city center."
Kyriad Arles ★★
"The room was okay. We booked a two-night stay at this hotel through Ctrip, including breakfast. Arriving at the hotel a little after 9:10 PM, the front desk clerk warmly checked us in, but didn't explain breakfast. Generally, if breakfast is included, the front desk clerk will inform you of the time and location. If it's not included, they'll ask if you want to order it. However, since we arrived late, we didn't pay attention. The next day, when we had breakfast, no one at the hotel asked us to pay for breakfast. However, when we returned that evening, the receptionist who had been there before asked us to pay for breakfast. I explained that my room rate included breakfast, and that it was also stated on my English confirmation. Since I don't speak French and my English is only sparse, communicating with the front desk clerk was a bit tedious. An elderly woman tried to explain the fee, but the whole process was in French, so the front desk clerk sent her away. Later, a middle-aged man came forward to explain the fee. I asked if he was the owner, but he said no, thinking he was just a tourist or a neighbor, and there was no need to argue with him. Unexpectedly, he became furious, told me to leave the hotel, and threatened to call the police! We exited the hotel and, sitting on a bench near the entrance, called Ctrip customer service. Unlike the previous time in Andorra, the call went through smoothly. Customer service listened to my concerns and said they would contact the hotel front desk immediately and respond in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the middle-aged man left the hotel and told us the police would arrive in five minutes. However, when he returned about ten minutes later, the police hadn't arrived. He stood behind me and engaged in a conversation with the person across from me, completely rude and unbecoming of a hotel employee. Later, I saw Ctrip calling, but my phone, presumably on Do Not Disturb, didn't ring. So I called Ctrip again, and their customer service offered me a solution: I'd pay for breakfast first, and Ctrip would compensate me. I also asked that Ctrip apologize to the hotel for kicking us out and let us in. Later, a middle-aged man walked out of the hotel, smiling broadly, listening to his phone. He handed me the phone. It was Ctrip customer service, saying they had already communicated with the hotel and that I could check back in after paying for breakfast. After I hung up the phone, the middle-aged man's attitude changed drastically. He smiled and asked me to go through the formalities with the front desk. When I asked to pay by credit card, the front desk said no, and required me to enter my card number into their computer. How could I feel comfortable with that? I said I had to pay in cash, but the front desk looked hesitant and looked at the middle-aged man. He said it was okay, and the matter was resolved. I thought the matter was settled, but when I went back to open the door, I found that the lock had been changed. I went back to the front desk, and they gave me a new key. How bizarre!"
Urban Style Arl Hotel ★★★
"Hotel in the edge of rocket d'arles in a commercial area, easy access by car. Original déco, large room. The staff of the reception is very nice. Beautiful surprise price quality ratio"
Mercure Arles Centre Arènes ★★★★
"There was no fridge in the room and aircon was not working very well."
Ibis Budget Arles Palais des Congres ★★
"It was a nice stay. We also liked a good breakfast. Probably will choose it again."
Premiere Classe Arles ★★
"It's a comfortable hotel for a one-night stay. It could use some remodeling. The front door to the room didn't close properly and the air conditioning thermostat didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean."
Ibis Styles Arles Palais des Congrès ★★★
"AC was not working. We are informed to staff at reception. She offer me a fan! Then we are asked her that we just want a room with AC. Then she move us to another room with AC but room was so dirty. What a bad day there."
Hôtel de l'Amphithéâtre ★★★
"Location is fairly good from TGV station, but looks like little bit way from old town about 20 minutes by walk."
Logis Hôtel le Rodin ★★★★
"Convenient parking, clean hotel, very good experience of French countryside, good service, reasonable price, hotel breakfast is a standard Western breakfast, when you book directly, choose to bring breakfast more cost-effective."

Hôtel & Spa Jules César Arles - MGallery
"Highly recommended, the breakfast restaurant is especially good"
Odalys Residence Le Village Camarguais Les Gardians
"Have a good stay. Quiet residence, nice entertainment, great kids' club and pleasant staff. Small Bmol on the size of the accommodation and storage. No grocery store too bad, you have to leave the Residence. Air conditioning in all rooms of the accommodation, nice swimming pool suitable for everyone with plenty of shade for the deckchairs. Very nice family stay in a pleasant and very pretty place."
Hotel Spa le Calendal
"The South of France is a truly unique place! Arriving late at night, I left the train station and dragged my suitcase all the way to the hotel. The night view along the way was like stepping into a medieval European oil painting. The room was spacious enough, with a small table and chairs by the door. It was very relaxing."
Mas de la Chapelle
"Very nice impression on arrival because the place is very beautiful. Large garden with a pond, statues, beautiful trees, the singing of birds and frogs, a very bucolic setting. But unfortunately it gets worse when we discover our room furnished in the old style. Old furniture, old curtains, a very unpleasant musty smell and it is complicated to leave open to air since the room is on the ground floor and the only opening to the outside is the French window through which we entered. The bathroom is like the room, 80s bathtub, an old wooden chest of drawers with broken handles, a rusty towel rack. No toiletries apart from shower gel And a fantasy that I had never encountered in a hotel before, a full-length mirror opposite the toilet!!! Surprising, even disturbing. We sleep very badly, bothered by the musty smell, we try the TV to get to sleep and no, it doesn't work. The next morning, no breakfast served before 8:30, too late for us, we leave at 8:00 and there we find the reception locked. We hang our key on the door handle and leave the place. No time to wait. The only living beings we come across are two big dogs. What a shame, this place could be exceptional with a renovation and a little maintenance and services. It would be nice to have a drink in this beautiful garden, but there is no bar or restaurant. We have nothing against the charm of the old, but we also need the comfort of modernity. It's a shame!"
Noemys Arles
"we arrived late after abandoning a nearby airbnb. the rooms were clean and we had a good rest."
Hotel du Forum
"A few weeks ago, my wife and I spent three nights at this great historic and charming hotel. It was no doubt, the best of our 20 day journey through southern France. A great benefit this hotel offers to visitors, is its privileged location, within walking distance to the information office and to most historic attractions of Arles. A great surprise was to finally stay at a large room fitted with all the amenities of modern life (Safe, Flat Screen TV, Ample Closet, Heating/AC). The bathroom, also of good size, was charmingly furnished. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and helped booking other services. If all of the above was not enough, we were informed that Picasso had stayed in the same room during his stays at Arles. BTW, it was room number 2. It comes with a nice window facing "Caffe La Nuit" of van Gogh's fame. No card entry to the room, instead an old and very traditional key/lock. Because of weather conditions (cold and windy), we did not enjoy the garden and pool. But we sat at times at the bar/pool table area. It was nice and nostalgic to find it decorated with large photographs of famous French movie stars. All the common areas are very beautifully decorated with antiques, posters, photos, vases, etc. The only deficiency we encountered was the breakfast food. The hotel offers two types of "formulas". One is the full buffet one, the other, more like the continental version, a glass of juice, a Croissant, and a Cup of Coffee. Since the buffet ingredients were not exactly of our taste, we opted for the continental breakfast more often than not. However, in all, we enjoyed our stay at this "Gem", and we will gladly recommend it to anyone heading to Arles."
Sowell Hotels l'Olivier
"Beautiful location, hotel rooms not overly large but adequate. Wi-Fi in the rooms is outdated and slow. The buffet food is more than adequate, although the quality was much lower this year: too much rice and pasta with too little good sauce. One day, fries were served, and the chef beamed because everyone ate so much. The pork stew was very tasty but contained too many large chunks of fat. We've known the hotel for years, and this was the least we enjoyed. We're looking forward to next year."
Le Cheval Blanc
"Fourth time we've been there, but certainly the last. The room we were given smelled of cold tobacco and mustiness. Noted and acknowledged by the receptionist, she offered us another one... for €10 more... No hot water in the new room the next morning... Breakfast: the oranges have disappeared this year. When it was time to pay, the receptionist told us she didn't want to take holiday vouchers that expire in December! It took a phone call to the manager to finally get them for us..."
Ibis Arles
"This hotel has yet to refund me for leaving early. Asked me to email have done so 3 times stoped by twice. So avoid this hotel management is a joke and incompetent and lazy. Shame it came to this with this hotel but the staff was friendly just management needs to be sacked"
Hôtel Le Relais de Poste Arles Centre Historique
"It’s clean and tidy! Quite cozy! Breakfast is good and the staff are nice and friendly. Overall it is a pleasant stay!! 👍"
Mas Petit Fourchon
"The room is very comfortable, the environment is very good, not far from the city by car. It is not recommended to not drive, it is not convenient to travel."
Le Mas d'Eymard
"If you are looking for a hospitality guest room, you will find it at the Eymard Mass. In the morning breakfast no exchange with a refusal for eggs on the table because the eggs were already available !!! with 8 people this night there !!! Just a ''Your room is set'' in a salutary way. In short, the opposite of the culture of the host room."
Le Mas de Peint - Hôtel et Restaurant
"This lovely hotel is part of a working farm which has bulls and horses alongside growing rice and barley. The original farmhouse has been converted into a very comfortable hotel with a swimming pool located in a very tranquil garden space. We arrived on a Monday and as the hotel restaurant does not open on Mondays (we were made aware of this when we booked) we brought a picnic supper which we enjoyed on the room’s terrace. There was so much bird life around the hotel it was a joy just sitting there taking it all in. We stayed for four nights to explore the Camargue. In order to get our bearings and learn a little of the area we had booked a Jeep Safari which was offered by the hotel. We had a most interesting and engaging tour with Richard and learnt lots about the area, the estate and it’s farming activities. The next day we went off exploring on the hotel’s bikes which was a great way to see the area and wildlife and thankfully the roads did not have too much vehicular traffic on them. At our first breakfast we met Axel who was looking after breakfast service. He was very engaging and offered us lots of helpful tips and pointers. He also made a bold claim that the chef was extremely good and we would have an amazing evening meal. Well, he was not wrong. We had three fantastic dinners at the hotel. It is a set menu and there is no choice however, there didn’t need to be a choice. From the first amuse bouche we were blown away with the food. On our first night the chef (sorry I didn’t get your name) came to each table and took the time to chat which we really appreciated. All in all a great hotel and hopefully we will return one day."
Villa Blanche
"Thanks to the exquisite environment created by Gilbert and Olivier, a stay at Villa Blanche has become an essential event in our annual calendar."
Résidence Odalys Référence les Gardians
"The accommodation is good. The quiet and pleasant place. A pleasant and responding to requests. It could be improved with a door between the room and the corner bed in the corridor for more intimacy. The coffee shop is not convenient for breakfast"
