The front desk is far away from the hotel. Fortunately, I drove. Otherwise, I would have been freezing walking from the front desk to the room at night. The price of over 900 per night is not worth it. I am the only one on the whole floor occupied. It is really quiet. Everything else is okay.

Great staff. Close to the event and lots of free parking which is rare in Auckland. Beds were not very comfortable. Beds need an upgrade.

The toilet got blocked , the shower was really bad as the water were too hot for burned twice and very old facility.

Was a very convenient location for us. Room was well serviced. Enjoyed not being able to hear road noise as our room was at the back of the property.

I had a pleasant enough room, but, I had to ask for an adapter for the bed side lights as they were fitted with american plugs. A couple of the lights in the room and bathroom were not working, and the wardrobe door was broken. No breakfast on Saturdays and public holidays was not good!

Family suite for the night. Upstairs bedroom had a tv but no power cord. Also no breakfast on offer. Very comfortable beds and huge value for price. Will be staying again.
