It was within walking distance of the park, which made it easy for a group to use! However, there is no toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. I saw that the hotel information said that slippers are provided, but I went to the front desk to ask and it is indeed not provided. In addition, there is no free bottled water. There are two bottles of charged water in the room, each bottle is 8 US dollars. The hotel is on the street and has only five floors, so it will be noisy. If you are particularly looking for quietness, you should consider it carefully. If you want to go to Disneyland, I still recommend it here. It is very cost-effective to book in advance.

I originally booked a standard room with two beds and a sofa bed, but the staff upgraded our room during check-in. They said it had a better view and was located in a corner, so our kids wouldn't disturb other guests. However, the upgraded room only had one king-sized bed.

It's conveniently located near Disney Resort and has supermarkets and souvenir shops nearby. There are several two-story buildings, and my room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry my suitcase up the slope on the other side of the room. There was a bathtub, but the drain didn't drain well and hair would accumulate on the floor. Since I was staying with a friend, I had to clean it with tissues every time. Steel bottled water was provided every day. There was no kettle, only a coffee maker. It was cold, so I turned the air conditioner on to heat, but there was a burning smell and the fire alarm went off. I quickly turned it off, and I haven't been able to use it since, even when it's cold.

Hello we arrived earlier than our time and Alexa was very thoughtful and helpful! Our ac unit was not working and we were moved to a bigger room without any extra charges and the ac unit worked well and kept us cool which was a relief because the weather was in the 100s which is very unusual. The complaint I have is the hotel is a bit run down and one of the guest was smoking *** because you could smell it throughout the hallway. I would possibly stay at portofino again but it really needs a renovation staff is very friendly and helpful no complaint with staff!

Because I went to California Disney to book two nights here, it was really close to Disney, and it was almost a quarter of an hour to walk. If you want to compare with the hotel and the like, the facilities are relatively poor, but the bedroom and bathroom are extra spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It was originally for a night's sleep, as a motel is not bad.
