The Palms Ceningan Hotel

The Palms is a beautiful Gem of a place to visit, with such a warm welcome from the wonderful staff. The palms offers beautiful rooms, well equipped with all that you need, the most comfortable beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, full size fridge and topped with water daily that you actually can drink without the worry of Bali Belly. The food is delicious and presented beautifully, all fresh ingredients and always cooked to perfection, the Barmundi fish is truly the best fish I have ever tasted. The pizzas are also delicious, and I loved all of the Indonesian cuisine. Last but not least, the most stunning sunsets I’ve ever seen, sitting by the ocean with a cocktail in hand, watching the stunning sunset, what more could you ask for.. Thank you to Jay and Wayne and all the staff for their wonderful hospitality, absolutely faultless.

Paradise found Wow !! what an amazing time we had at The Palms. Our room was so clean and comfortable. We loved the boat wood furniture and the mattress was so comfortable. Sleeping to the sounds of the ocean was amazing. We worked our way through the menu both both and cocktails were delicious Thanks heaps to the friendly staff with of course Jordan & wayan at The helm. We will be back

Everything was perfect! The rooms were super cosy, and the location couldn't be better – right in front of the wave! Watching the sunsets from the saltwater pool was just magical, and the cocktails were spot on. A big shout-out to the whole team for the amazing service and the absolutely delicious food – we went through the whole menu and everything was yummy! We also did the snorkeling trip, which was just perfect. Lembongan is truly beautiful. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful resort facing mainland Bali with amazing everyday and sunset views. Fabulous location and helpful and happy staff. Ceningan is a fabulous little island and The Palms is such a wonderful place to stay. Greatly looking forward to heading back in the not too distant future.

Awful service. We visited as a group of 10. We pre booked our table for 7pm. As we would be splitting the bill 4 ways they said it would be best to take each order separately rather than splitting at the end. The food all came out separately. Each group were served their starter, then main course before the next group were served their starter. After 2 hours the 4th order of our group still had not even received their starter whilst group 1 had been finished for over an hour. We saw other tables who came in after us being served. When queried we were told that as they were staying in the hotel, they had priority. This was not mentioned at time of booking and they were quite happy to take our booking. The 4th family decided to leave as by now it was 9pm and they were extremely hungry. They went to pay for their drinks (which also had to be chased up) and were charged a service charge. They asked for this to be removed as they felt they didn’t have great service and it was refused. We went to pay for our meal (my husbands meal was way below standard and this was a more expensive restaurant). We also asked for service ti be removed as we were not able to dine at the same time as our friends. It ruined the whole evening. This was also refused and we were told nothing could be done. If this happened back in the UK, the manager would have been apologetic and some sort of compensation offered. All we asked was for the service charge to be removed. Appalling service and do not recommend. Waiting 2 hours for a meal and not being able to dine with the same people in your booking is not acceptable

An amazing location. The Hosts are the nicest most generous kind people. The rooms are very clean and delightful. A view to die for! Don't miss this place, the hosts have so much local knowledge and will guide you in the right direction for any tours etc. I was a solo traveller and thye looked after me like family. And I had the best Margarita ever!
