D'Sawah Villa Umalas

My family had a nice time at D’sawah villa. Cozy villa and swimpool has clear water. Thank you so much for the warmth wecome and Bli surya the receptionist was defenitly a decent guy and very helpful. But unfortunately the airco from the living room and bedrooms are bad ! I need to closed all thw curtain to prevent the warm from outside. Also the kitchen equipment need to be upgraded.

We arrived to the villa and their reception had a broken air conditioner. We asked to be checked to the villa and experienced poor maintenance, mouldy smell, air conditioning was not fully working blowing hot air creating a serious health hazard for my family. Over all very dirty property. Communication was also poor and messages were not answered.

The rooms are big and each rooms has its own room card. But the way into the room is abit weird because for the 2nd floor room, there were 2 room where its not connected internally, we had to walk out to the balcony to enter the room. All rooms have smart TV. All rooms aircon were weak so it's not very cold. The living room were especially hot even with 2 aircon, it will be better if there are fans to borrow. Bathrooms are fine but feels very hot too. There are hairdryer and shampoo and body soap but the soaps are not filled fully. Some of us ran out of soaps on the 1st or 2nd day. Kitchen has the basic amenities to use for cooking. Location of the hotel is so so, not much things around the hotel to shop or dine.

spacious and clean room, nice pool, affordable price, strong wifi, beautiful flowers around the villas, quiet and calm environ**ent. I stayed with my husband and big family from Singapore, and will probably comeback. will recommend this to friends.

Great location, friendly staff, we all loved the pool. Beds super comfy. Villas a bit tired, although they appear to be renovating. Disagree with star rating. However will return again. Good local eateries and shops.

Booked and paid for a month. After checking in we realized the place was very dirty and did a clean ourselves. After washing all utensils and wiping out cupboards we sat down to eat dinner and found rat faeces in the cutlery drawer and cupboards that we had already cleaned. It was already late at night unfortunately we had to stay for a night in these unhygienic conditions with my 2 young children. We then checked out the next morning and the management of the villa laughed at us when I wanted my money back. They suggested we stay there as they had fumigated for rats. I made the decision not too have my family stay in a rat infested freshly poisoned villa.Have received 40 percent return of money and doubtful I will receive anymore. Most of the cupboards in the bedrooms and kitchens were broken and disnt open or fell apart when i could get open. This place is very rundown.I strongly advise against a stay in this group of villas as the management clearly do not care about customer service or health. This is the kind of place you hear stories about.

The staff is very helpful and the cleaning is good. My daughter loved it. It is a good value for money. They started recently a break fast delivery service with a great selection and very affordable. I hear they will start renovation in 2023. looking forward to it.

D'Sawah is the perfect place to take a break with your loved ones. Location is great, not too far from nice restaurant in Umalas and Canggu. Great choices of restaurant and bars. If you dont want to go too far, across the road there is also a nice cafe. the rooms are very spacious and the pool is top. there is a gazebo in the garden, perfect for your afternoon nap after reading this book you have been looking forward catching up with. If you want to go for a romantic date, the Villa can organize baby sitting from their lovely staff.
