Excellent for solo traveler like myself who requires peace and tranquility. My room was directly facing the Ayung River. Can hear the river flow, the small waterfall and occasional scream from the water rafting people. You have personal butler and everyone in the resort knows your name and address you appropriately. Since I was gender fluid, they asked me what kind of pronouns I should be addressed , which I find very comforting and felt respectful. Food was very delicious and mainly locally sourced. Facilities were marvelous and up to date and very well taken care of and maintained.
I am already dreaming of going back again :)

總體非常出色，從一條毫不起眼的窄巷進入酒店大門，豁然開朗給人強烈的反差感。從服務到設施及餐飲都非常棒。從酒店預訂的漂流貴了不少，但是包船，出發時間自定，下船就回到酒店門口，體驗很好。早餐也吃到了錯失的臟鴨飯，菜單單點品質也很高。健身房設施先進，且有多種小食，蛋白棒，運動飲料，體驗出色。
當然還是有幾個待改進。房間牆插略少，且有一個牆插損壞，個人電子設備太多有些不夠。電視投屏沒有很方便。從烏布返回的班車最晚是六點二十，建議增加一班晚上的。會中文的管家似乎衹有一個，有些忙不過來。

設施：在烏布一種野奢酒店裡，真正做到了世外桃源，非常乾淨舒適，但又保留了當地熱帶雨林特色
衞生：無可挑剔，比其他幾家乾淨多了
服務：很細節，我們當天延誤了很晚到達，還贈送了印尼炒麪和烤蝦，自覺幫忙安排了延遲退房
環境：在阿勇河邊上的稻田山谷裏，很烏布，裏面的裝飾也有當地宗教特色

在峇裏島的第二家酒店選擇了Mandapa Ritz，特別難忘的體驗。景色一流，設計很用心，所見各處都很精緻。服務更是一流，所有工作人員都很專業，熱情。期間是我先生的生日，酒店還貼心安排了房間的生日佈置，甚至在早餐期間安排了surprise的生日祝福歌，為我們的旅程畫上完美的句號。另外，餐食也很好吃，無論是早餐還是酒店內其他餐廳。Mandapa Ritz是一家很用心的酒店，全家都很喜歡，會推薦給身邊的朋友！

Premium hotel, nothing to complain about.
Service is 5 stars, location and view are amazing, food is really the best in Ubud especially sushi and Japanese food.
Villa is big and comfortable.

Gym facilities are very new and completed. Room is very clean and well maintained, with beautiful scenery of the rice field. Dinning at Kubo is a very good experience and the food is very good. The photo session give us something memorable that can bring away home.
