The room is big and comfortable with big kitchen. Convenient location with bus stop in front of the hotel. Free 3 bus pass that I can hop-on and off to go around the town.

The environment of the hotel is very good, it has a great landscapes surrounded!

The location of the property was excellent, making it convenient to reach downtown by Roam bus. staff will give you a ticket during your stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Had all the amenities you needed both shower room and kitchen. Price for this stay is reasonable. So I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when we get back to Banff.

i really enjoy my stay at Tunnel mountain Resort. The resort is so convinient with the bus stop just in front of the resort and the car parking just in front of our room. The room size is quiet big. and Thanks to Ricah (receptionist) She is so nice and helpful with all of my questions. she explain it so detail and patient. she is very kind :)

Amazing Staff were perfect! Very close to downtown Banff!!

The environment is very clean and the room still has a newly decorated smell. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, which is very suitable for a group of friends to go on vacation together. The kitchen utensils are also very complete, so it is very convenient to prepare three meals by yourself. There is also a free parking space outside the house, which is suitable for self-driving tours. It only takes a few minutes to drive down town. It is also very convenient to go to Banff town for supplies or shopping. The hotel facilities also include an indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. We stayed here for four days and didn't see anyone using them. The only drawback is that the lighting in the room is dim.

I woke up early in the morning and found three black-tailed deer having breakfast outside the balcony. I was so happy. The hotel is newly renovated. Pots, pans, and toiletries are all available. It’s clean and tidy. It’s great👍🏻 I’ll stay here again next time

This hotel is a place where you can sleep under the mountain. The room is quite clean. There is a bus at the door. Although breakfast is not included, the staff gave us a Bus ticket, which allows us to take the local Bus wirelessly for free for three days. It is a very good travel choice.

The color of the room feels darker, the stairs are a bit steep and narrow, the sanitation is not bad, the sound insulation is slightly poor, and the voices of guests returning at night are noisy, but overall I am satisfied.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, about 1-2 kilometers away from the town of Banff, but overall it is very cost-effective. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. Although it is far from downtown, there was no inconvenience as I took the bus and used the roam ticket provided by the resort.

The room booked by Ctrip is in the ba*****t, and the luggage needs to walk a lot. One room has no windows and is very dark. Paid to upgrade to the best room in the hotel. After the upgrade, the layout of the room is reasonable and the bedding is clean. The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping at night. Free parking with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel has a free bus ticket, you can go around the area within three days.

I visited several times. The loft cabin is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, which is great for cold weather. The sauna is also useful for a short warm-up. The swimming pool is small enough for children to enjoy. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is good.
