When I first booked this hotel, the price was just ₹3400 for three people for 1 room for 1 night without breakfast, but when I checked in, the hotel staff told that it is ₹4800 for the same, but when we showed them our email, they got us checked in after 1 hour. This almost ruined my plans for the day. Soon after we checked in the AC's weren't working and when we called the reception, a person came and said it was working just fine and needed just a clean. After we returned to the room after 4 hours, the AC's were still not working and asked the reception that we need to change the rooms but another maintenance guy came and told that still it was working fine but it wasn't we were suffocating and then we de***ded an air cooler. To top things off, there were no fans. We had a very rough night sleep. And when we needed a shower the next morning we almost had to slip as there was a tub. It wasn't working at all. If it is not working, why would the hotel put in ***y websites that there is a tub. Worst hotel in the entire bangalore

It was excellent.. Food was superb.. Ms Uma / Mr Water /VENKATESH All the staffs we done their part 100%.. When we are asking for Service Ms Uma is immediately responding and hearing our needs and act accordingly. House keeping was little bit slow.. Laundry was OK, they spoiled my trouser too. Good ambience, well organised

Walk in booking. Paid on checking in. Standard hotel. room was clean. Need more pest control measures. Breakfast was good. bathroom was clean. Accessories were provided. Room has strange odour may be of disinfectant. walking distance from majestic bus stop and metro station.

It is the worst hotel don't spend your hard earned money here.Their wifi is a joke it has a speed of 0.85mbps.Theor service is extremely poor and staff is average.This hotel is very mis***aged.Please don't book this hotel and ruin your vacation
