Book a different hotel. I booked the rooftop room, which is quite expensive, but I figured I wanted a nice big room with wooden accents.... In actuality, the "room" is a wooden shack, one of two, perched upon the roof. For some reason the owner did not make this fenced-in shack half the roof in size, and instead built a wooden fence around it, pushing it back into a corner, and cutting off the view on the "front".... Why he didnt extend the fence to allow for a "yard with a view" is beyond my understanding... And worst here is that the fence is locked with an old metal key, but the doors of the "room" (shack) do not adequately close and so cannot be locked.... The "room" (wooden shack) is actually just big enough for the old broken double bed with the nice blood-spotted towel arrangement. There is no night table / bedside table. Three and a half walls of glass sliding doors which close improperly, a small TV, an old mini-fridge, and an old air conditioner. The "bathroom" is actually just a half-broken shower fixture and sink and toilet on the rooftop, literally coming out of the side of the building, and so you shower open-air on the roof, with a vague privacy-screen made of some aluminum flashing. The shower has no water pressure and limited privacy, as the owner is making another rooftop room on the building next door, and the workers (and future guests) would easily be able to see a half-naked showering guest outside these wood shacks. But perhaps worse than all of the problematic architecture was the sleep: because the doors do not fit properly, mosquitoes come to feast all night, and then at 5:30am the mosque behind the hotel has the call to prayer (which is beautiful in a way, but totally breaks your sleep). The construction workers, grinding and pounding the whole morning after that, were the cherry on top of this sh*t sundae of a hotel experience. If I was you, I wouldn't pay anything more than 100-200baht for this unique rooftop shack camping experience. Or, better yet, give the whole hotel a miss.

The hotel is in a slightly deep alley. The narrow path is not very convenient. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. If staying for several days There will be no cleaning service provided. Had to inform them to go in for cleaning but the sheets and blankets were not changed. If you rest for several days, you have to be patient a little. The service staff is very good. The hotel is clean.

The staff is also very kind.. It's very good for the price~~ I think I'll stay here next time I go to Khaosan again~~

Good location. Lots of sweets and drinks that you could grab for free. Friendly staff and fine room.

their checkout time is 12pm, and not 13pm as advertised on booking or agoda. that was the only reason why I booked this hotel. also I booked the same room for another days but I had to change the room being given a worse one. so I don't recomend this hotel

Very nice place away from the hustle and bustle from Khao San Road. Been there four times already and would not hesitate to come back. The main lady in the reseption is a pure jewel. Just go ahead and book the top floor it is definitive worth the view. All thumbs up

So good jaut went for breakfast but was such good food and such lovely staff will definitely come again ! We all got pancakes and juice it’s was all so lovely and the juice was cold and so pretty in its little bottles , I can see this would a lush place to stay aswell so will definitely consider it next time I’m in Bangkok

A group of us came for breakfast. The service was amazing, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and extremely well priced. A great breakfast, would definitely recommend :)

While the photos look great and the rooms were clean and fresh the approach is very daunting you walk down a narrow graffiti alley for almost 1 minute past garbage bins ,discarded trolleys, construction and just when you are sure you are in the wrong place you see the glass doors with the words ADAMAZ hotel engraved upon their tinted surfaces. We arrived during the day but had it been a late night arrival I would never have walked to the end. If first impressions matter to you then this is not the place for you. Once inside rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful -

For the price, frankly nothing to complain about. The room is clean, the bed ok. Some negligence which lowers the score but which does not detract from the quality of this establishment in view of the price. A minaraise that wakes you up at 5:21 a.m. An air conditioning that leaks everywhere (it's really in use...but perhaps not well maintained) No breakfast on Sunday without being notified The shower, toilet in the same room and the water drains poorly...Not comfortable for someone who just wants to go to the toilet Not enough to wipe the bowl which receives the water from the shower The trunk is closed (probably an awkward customer) The staff is very friendly but Come in a lot place in Asia does not know the surroundings and struggles to provide you with correct information....nothing serious once again but it is still nice to be well advised when you arrive in a country that you do not know about shampoo soap only for one day, we're going to go and ask for it...6 floors without elevator, sometimes it's rough in 40°c I listed the concerns to warn people but I found this hotel OK for the price... But could be much better with a little more rigor

We booked a king room but it was on the 5th floor and my husband has a disability so since there was no lift we asked for a change and they gave us a dirty room with a fridge full of smelly things and ants in the bed, no refund. It's very hot since the air conditioning was blowing on our heads... they didn't even give us the difference in the cost, they made the bed and changed the towels
