Loves the location, food everywhere ☺️, clean n spacious room, nice toilet with bidet, recommended

Location is very good. Pratunam market is just downstairs and the other malls are just nearby. Walls quite thin and can hear the people closing the door and stomping their legs etc. Cleanliness was okay. With some stains on wall surface etc. but is okay cause you don’t touch the wall on purpose.

Good location overall is ok. Only the water heater difficult to adjust.

I came here for business trip as the location is suitable to stay for business trip. However the staff were so rude as we cant handle our business stuffs in the hotel. They refuse to help us carry our business things to the room and even to the lobby. They even said its our business so handle your own business things. So soooo rude! Isnt it the hotel nature business to help the guest when they see us struggle to carry our own things? Other hotels near there were so good to help us but why this particular hotel does not wanting to help at all????? And talking behind our back some more with their languange is super rude! There is one receptionist and old lady with the glasses she is even more rude with the hotel guest!!!! And to top up some more…my friend got bed bugs from staying at this hotel!!!!! Worst hotel ever!!!!! Do not..i repeat do not stay at this hotel if u are staying here for business and if you do not want to get caught by bed bugs!!!!! And the hot water isnt working too which is fine for me but if u always shower with hot water this hotel is not for you.

Not bad ,just they not allowed to put things in the lobby so we need to send to cargo directly ,it's hard if we buy some goods from night market ,I think for buying goods not a good choice to stay there,for holiday till ok ... Bcz near the market ...

This hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly, and near to Pratunam market so it’s very easy to find meals

The location is very convenient and located at the startegic center of the Pratunam market. Surrounding with many food stall ,boutique,tuk tuk car and 7-11. There is one massage shop in the hotel lobby. I like the hotel provide the massage service to the customers. The massage experience is very good. Attached photo for the massage pricing reference. The hotel room is clean as well and hotel cleaning services quite ok. The hotel also provide some complimentary chips and package drinks with this affordable price. This is extra point. Overall consider as good experience.

The hotel is located at the city centre. Easy access. There are many malls within walking distance. In the room the hotel provides 2 bottles of water, 2 juices and 2 chips packets. This is supposed to be replenished everyday but when the housekeeping comes and clean, if she sees you did not touch it so won't give it to you the next day which seems to be unfair. We are paying so we should be given the complimentary snacks everyday.

You need to walk around 500m passing by the busy stalls from the Airport rail link (Ratchaprarop station) to the hotel. Hotel room needs a bit of refurbishment. The TV channels all cannot be seen. Hotel shower is very old style . Pros : there are a lot of food stalls and massage centres around the hotel. The things here are slightly cheaper compared to other places. There is a massage Center right in the hotel, very easy to access to. The check out time is strictly 12pm, I tried to take lift to the lobby at 12.05pm, the access card was deactivated. I need to get help from the helper to activate the lift to the lobby.

The staff are not helpful , bad behavior and the recipient in the morning and afternoon are so damn rude to customer. The room is not clean. Poor service to customer. I’m not recommended to stay at patra hotel since there are so many hotel serve there customer with a quality service and unforgettable stay👎 I hope the hotel owner will thinking of about upgrades there customer service with there rude staff and amenities in the future👎

The room is not deep clean. And what is important is the recipients are So fucking rude and bad behavior, I don’t recommended this hotel and I never plan to come to this hotel again in the future.
