I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

JiayidanThe hotel upgraded me for free on the day of arrival, and the view was even better. The room was spacious with modern and minimalist decor, and it directly faced the river and cathedral. The mini-bar provided three free bottles of water (still and sparkling), three fruit-flavored drinks, a bag of organic chips, and a chocolate bar daily. The Nespresso machine was clean and worked perfectly, and they even had decaf coffee pods. The hotel's 18th-floor restaurant, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, is very popular and requires advance reservations. If your room includes breakfast, it's a great experience, as you can order freshly prepared dishes from a menu. Our local guide mentioned that this hotel is quite popular. The photos were taken at the 18th-floor restaurant.

AngelinaPGThat was a great experience to stay in Hilton in Vienna. I would like to thank manager Sterre at the reception, she was kind to me and explained some routes in the centre for me very well. I had a nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good hairdryer, that was important for me. The location is great, close to main streets by feet. I recommend to stay here 👍🏻

oyjn922The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway, light rail, and a bus terminal, and only a 30-minute drive from the city center. Schönbrunn Palace and the zoo are just across the street! The hotel grounds are beautiful, like a castle with its own garden. The room was quite spacious with a vintage decor, but the bed was too soft for a good night's sleep. Be aware that for environmental reasons, the hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers. Also, towels are only replaced if you leave them on the floor.

I stay in this hotel for 6 nights, generally the room is clean, but room cleaning service is slow, some day after I left hotel in the morning and return around 4pm but room was not clean…
The room seems do not have heater as maximum temperature is 25C, no heat mode…
One safety concern is the door mechanical lock was not working to my opinion as when we lock it manually/mechanically, we still able to open the door from outside with room key, feedback to reception but their feedback is this is normal, it can use room key to open the door even door is mechanically shut inside….
Generally the reception is not as friendly/ helpful, probably
On the other hand, the location is very good, walking distance to Vienna main train station and city train, convenient to go any place of interest.

Guest User★Overall Rating
If I visit Vienna again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. I was truly impressed by both its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the staff.
★Location
The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Stephansplatz, where many of Vienna’s major attractions are located.
From the hotel, you can easily walk to famous sights such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Vienna State Opera, and Hofburg Palace. In my opinion, it would be difficult to find a hotel with a better location than this.
★Room
The room was very clean and well maintained.
From my window, I had a view of the Donner Fountain, which was a lovely bonus.
One minor issue was that the shower area could not be completely closed, so water often splashed onto the floor around the toilet and sink.
In addition, the shampoo and hand soap dispensers were quite difficult to press, so you may prefer to bring your own toiletries.
I’m not sure whether they came in through the open window, but I noticed around eight small insects in the room during my stay.
★Service
The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Although I arrived about three hours before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed me to check in early and rest in my room.
They also patiently explained how to get from the train station to the airport.
One of the Asian housekeeping staff members greeted me warmly with a smile whenever we passed each other in the hallway.
When I found insects in my room, a housekeeping staff member came to assist me. She kindly said, “If you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to call us anytime.” Her response was thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
The hotel also provided complimentary treats in the room, including Manner wafers, Coca-Cola, and apple juice, which was a nice touch.

Receptionist was amazing and was able to check me in early after an overnight train. She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Very kind team working there, room was lovely. Only downside was it was a bit of a trek to the city centre, but it was just round the corner from the tram line. Area felt very safe.

The room was clean and quite spacious. Tram No. 25 is right outside the hotel, making public transport very convenient. There's also a Billa supermarket and McDonald's nearby, which makes dining options very accessible.
