Guest UserHad a fantastic stay here! I chose this hotel based on reviews and I'm so glad I did. The location is excellent – within walking distance of the city center, right across from a metro station, and there's a DM (drugstore) nearby, which was very convenient. My room had a lovely view of a small church. The hotel also has a spa. The area is surrounded by universities; I even walked through the Vienna University Botanical Garden on my way to the Belvedere Palace, enjoying all the different plants along the way. Even more surprisingly, I only discovered upon leaving that the famous University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna was right next door! I spent the morning exploring the campus, which has fostered countless musicians. The hotel is also very close to the Stadtpark (City Park), home to statues of many famous musicians, with the golden Johann Strauss monument being the most well-known. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Vienna.

The location is super convenient; you can walk to any scenic spot in about ten minutes, which made our trip much easier. Downstairs, there are many cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it very easy to grab food or do some shopping! The room isn't huge, but the layout is very comfortable!

Guest UserThe hotel’s location is brilliant, right by the river. A reasonable walk from all the main sites in the centre but also a short walk away from public transport (tram, subway) if you prefer. The airport bus is just across the bridge - was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering me coffee and answering any questions I had. I asked for a room on a higher floor, and got one on the 7th floor which had decent views of the city. The room itself was perfect size, not too small and was clean. The bed was very comfortable! Good value for a 4* - I would highly recommend :)

had a very pleasant stay at Roomz Hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away and a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing missing was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your great hospitality!

pipimiThe listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.

This hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a few dozen meters from the entrance/exit. When I stayed, there was some construction going on in the area, so pay attention to the signs for both subway directions. The food here is excellent, and the bar stays open quite late, serving both lunch and dinner. The hotel entrance looks small, but there are actually a lot of rooms, and it's quite popular with guests.

FEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

Upon arrival, the self-check-in machine was not working, so I had to call for assistance. By that time, several other guests were also waiting to check in. It took about 45 minutes before we were finally able to access our accommodation.
At first glance, everything looked good. However, I found several long black hairs in the bed, which definitely were not mine. There was also no trash bin in the room.
Apart from that, the tiny house was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
One thing that could be improved is the small window, which could not be fully covered. As a result, the outdoor lights were constantly visible turning on and off whenever people walked past, which was somewhat disturbing during the night.
Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.
