"First off, the hotel is a 25-30 minute walk from the city center. While there are public transport options nearby, we preferred to explore the city on foot. We were very pleased with the breakfast; there was a great variety of choices. Unfortunately, the rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. Since we stayed in May, we didn't have any issues with the heat, but I imagine a fan might not be enough in July or August. I was also happy with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and we didn't encounter any problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful too."

Great
Rrika487Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse.

AABDUL AZIZ NASIFMelia Vienna Hotel is a symphony of luxury, nestled within the modern and dynamic DC Tower. The hotel stands as a testament to refined elegance, offering guests captivating views of Vienna and allowing them to immerse in a sanctuary of comfort and style.
From the very first moment, the welcoming and diligent staff displayed a high level of professionalism and warmth, setting a hospitable tone that persisted throughout my stay. The check-in was efficient and cordial, indicative of the seamless service that is a hallmark of Melia Vienna.
The accommodation was a masterpiece of comfort and sophisticated design, with plush bedding and cutting-edge amenities, creating an ambiance of tranquility and luxury. The meticulous cleanliness and upkeep of both the room and the communal areas spoke volumes about the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
The gastronomic experience at Melia Vienna was a culinary delight, featuring a plethora of delectable dishes that embody the rich gastronomic heritage of Vienna while integrating flavors from around the world. The presentation was visually appealing, and the ambiance of the dining area was both elegant and relaxing, adding to the enjoyment of every meal.
The hotel’s prime location is a boon, offering easy accessibility to the cultural treasures, business districts, and vibrant life of Vienna. The state-of-the-art fitness center and tranquil spa facilities provided the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a balanced and rejuvenating stay.
To sum up, Melia Vienna Hotel is a jewel in Vienna’s hospitality scene, combining unparalleled service, luxurious accommodation, gourmet dining, and a superb location to provide a memorable and enriching experience for all guests seeking the charm and elegance of Vienna.
JJoeInChinaHarry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me. The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall. Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).
The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious. Several big windows had a nice view out. I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good. Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options.
I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna. I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so. Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.
GGuest UserStayed at Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien for two nights. Overall impression:
Pros:
• Excellent location — right on the pedestrian street and only a 3-minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. All major attractions within the Inner Stadt are within easy walking distance.
• The double bed actually consists of two separate mattresses, so you won’t disturb each other during sleep.
• Two separate duvets provided, which is convenient.
Cons:
• The room had a musty smell upon entry; I had to open the window to air it out.
• Since the hotel faces the pedestrian street, it’s extremely noisy — crowds during the day, drunk people shouting at night, and in the early morning hours, street sweepers and sanitation workers make it impossible to sleep.
• If you close the window to block the noise, the room becomes very stuffy because the bathroom ventilation doesn’t work at all.
• The bathtub design is awkward, with mold visible on the tiles. No matter how carefully you shower, water still splashes onto the bathroom floor.
• The toilet flush is weak and can’t even handle toilet paper properly.
• The carpet is dirty, and the fabric chairs are stained as well.
For a hotel charging over €200 per night, guests deserve a cleaner and more comfortable room environment.

DDomicchaI was worried about the time it would take to get around since it's a bit far from the old town, but there's a bus stop right in front and a tram stop a short walk away, so getting around was absolutely no problem. The room, although a bit dated, was kept very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I also used the breakfast service, and the selection was much better than I expected. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
YYukiLily(*´∀`*)The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around.
The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked.
The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped.
A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the main train station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, KLM had lost our luggage, and when I told the front desk lady, she was incredibly kind. She gave us lots of toiletries, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and even told us where to buy emergency clothes. She was super enthusiastic! The room was a bit small for two people, but considering the cheap price, it was still great value for money.
FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and quite spacious. Tram No. 25 is right outside the hotel, making public transport very convenient. There's also a Billa supermarket and McDonald's nearby, which makes dining options very accessible.
UU38066Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF.
Superclean!
Good staff for cooking.
The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys.
I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
