"1. The traffic is very convenient. There is a 49 tram within 10m. It takes less than 10 minutes to get there. It is convenient to go anywhere. 2. It is more like a family hotel. There is no 24h front desk. When I arrived at 11:30, I could not call the main door. Another group of tourists opened the door for me. It is best to have whatsup and add the hotel number to contact. Later, I contacted through whatsup and checked in 3h in advance. This is still more flexible. 3. Very safe, the door is locked daily, and the key of the guest can be opened The decoration inside is very special 5. The room is not soundproof From 7am to 10pm you can hear the bells of the church next door 7. No breakfast"

Great Stay in a Prime Location We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd). The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Really good hotel, breakfasts could have more east Asian options like Chinese Chicken Egg Fried Rice, Baby Bok Choi Vegetable mixed with Pork/Beef/Chicken, because Western Breakfasts feels too dry & cold.

Hotel isn’t too far from the airport. The hotel receptionist was still available to check me in just before 12 midnight. The front desk staff were nice and helpful all through my stay. The hotel was warm and cosy but there were times it was a bit too warm and there wasn’t an AC to turn on. The bathroom was nice and clean, water pressure was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. I had a lovely view of another building across my room. The only thing was the rug having either stain patches or white patches (stains irritate me). The wardrobe hangers need to be improved. I get that it’s an old hotel but it’s still in good condition. They offered storage after check out which was a good add on. You can walk to some attractions from the hotel and public transportation isn’t far from it either. Overall I had a lovely stay.

True to the Ibis standard worldwide, the rooms here are compact and equipped with all the essentials you need, though keep in mind they do not include a refrigerator or a kettle. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to head into the city center. A short 10-minute walk will take you to the main train station, providing convenient access to various destinations. The station itself features a supermarket and several restaurants that stay open late. You’ll also find plenty of dining options in the immediate area surrounding the hotel. One of the highlights is the breakfast, which is impressive and offers a great variety of choices. However, the best surprise was opening the window to find a stunning view of a Gothic church—absolutely breathtaking!

Stayed at this place for an exhibition at the ACV. Rooms are pretty compact and just enough. Maybe it's already a great price for accommodation in Vienna🤔. It's close to the U bahn station for hbf, so you may take an early morning walk at Stephansplatz. Breakfast is alright, only wish there is air con in the room.

Excellent apartment! The parking garage is conveniently located right underneath. It's very close to the city center. The apartment is well-sealed and soundproof, with air conditioning, and you can even cook noodles. Seriously good. Just a heads-up for European hotels: remember to wash your dishes when you leave, just like you would at home. Let's show everyone our good etiquette!

Great value in a perfect location This hostel is hard to beat for location—right next to the MuseumsQuartier and Kunsthistorisches Museum, and within walking distance of nearly all the major attractions on the Ringstraße (Vienna’s historic ring road). The subway is just a few minutes away too. I booked a private room as a solo traveler and found it great value—clean, daily housekeeping, and all the basic amenities you’d expect. The 24-hour reception is super convenient, especially since they ask you to leave your key when you go out (so no risk of losing it). The dorm scene looked lively, with lots of young adults traveling in groups. If you’re with friends, I can imagine this place being an absolute steal. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers who want to be in the heart of Vienna.

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

Because I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

Fine. The location was good, easy to get to city centre by subway. Breakfast also fine but could maybe have done with more seating. Maybe needs a little bit of updating but was good value for what I paid. Check in and out very easy.
