Great Stay in a Prime Location We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd). The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Stayed for two nights in July. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across the street, just a three-minute walk to a row of hotels if you turn left when you exit. Just make sure to exit through the door near the Spar supermarket. We were a party of one adult and two children, and the sofa bed was already made up when we entered the room. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The shower didn't have a door, which was a bit awkward. It had air conditioning and a mini-fridge, but no kettle, though I did see some guests borrowing one from the front desk. Getting to the city center is super convenient; you can just take the metro from the train station.

A perfect, modern base for exploring Vienna! • Location: Superb. Just a 2-minute walk to the U-Bahn (U4/U6), making it a quick 10-minute trip to both Schönbrunn Palace and the city center. • Breakfast: Fantastic variety with their signature waffle station—the best way to start the day. • Rooms: Clean, quiet, and contemporary with great rainfall showers. Great value, friendly staff, and unbeatable connectivity. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything one could need: a kitchen, fridge, a clean bathroom, and air conditioning. Downstairs, there's a subway station, supermarket, and restaurants, making transportation very convenient. I had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it. The self check-in and check-out option was a huge plus for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I come to Vienna again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel conviently located next to the Wien central station. Room is big, however really bad internet connection. There is no kettle in the room, but you can borrow from the front desk. Staffs are nice, you can store your suitcase at the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, however, only has fan in the room. We only stayed 1 night which works fine for us.

I highly recommend booking the half-board option. The food was absolutely fantastic and well worth the price. Breakfast and dinner are served at Günter's, located on the hotel's ground floor. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but I've definitely stayed in worse. The carpets are dirty, the elevator can sometimes be inadequate, and there are no restrooms in the lobby. The air conditioning worked in three out of four rooms, with one being faulty. There's also not much seating area in the lobby. Other than that, I can easily say it's a good choice. It's a true value-for-money hotel, and the tram stop is right outside.

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

Because I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

It was a pleasant stay but you can really hear the people from the other room. I hope they can solve this. Sometimes, I wake up from people shouting in the nearby rooms. Good this is, it right next to the bus and tram station so you can you anywhere right away.

Friendly staff! But amenities are poor. There are no slippers in the room and furniture is dusty. There is a strange smell in the room. Overall, ok for price. Located far from the center, you need to take a train and walk for 10-15 minutes
