I was really on the fence about booking this place because the reviews seemed to be all over the place. But the bottom line is, I totally recommend it! One of the concerns I saw in the reviews was about hair dryers. As a backpacker, I usually don't carry a hair dryer (to save space), so whether a hostel has one is always a big deal for me. I read reviews saying that while they do lend out hair dryers, they were often unavailable. However, during my 3-night stay, I was able to borrow a hair dryer every time I asked, except for once. And even then, when I went back to reception after about 30-60 minutes, I was able to get one that someone else had returned. The night staff at reception are truly, truly kind! I couldn't find the hostel entrance for over 10 minutes and ended up calling. When I still couldn't find it despite their explanations, they came out to get me. When I apologized, they actually told me not to worry, saying that the entrance here is indeed hard to find. (It was a cheerful female staff member with short hair. Seriously, so kind). The male staff member (big build, cool beard) who seemed to handle computer tasks like check-in and check-out was also very friendly regarding check-in and the hair dryer. The hostel was so good that I decided to extend my stay for another day, and when I requested an extension, they assigned me to the same bed if available. The price was also similar to what I'd found on the app, so it wasn't a burden! The dorm rooms seem to accommodate about 10 people, and each has two sets of toilets and showers. There are two sinks outside. There's also a changing room, which is convenient for changing clothes. It seems like the room lights are turned off around 11-12 PM (I'm not entirely sure, as I always came back after midnight...).

Rooms and toilets are clean. Although you have to make your own bed, the sheets are clean and everything was superb. The location is good since its close to one of the metro stops, and also clos to the the main shopping street of vienna. The staffs were very friendly too. They have no problem helping you with anything. However, this hostel doesn't let you put your bags in the reception and you will have to rent your own locker. But other than that, everything about this hostel is very very good.

The hotel is really close to the subway, about a 10-minute ride to the city center and 20 minutes to the train station. The sign is a bit discreet, you'll only spot it once you're right at the entrance, even with navigation. I was pleasantly surprised that I could check in around 12 PM. The room is also quite spacious.

My stay was great but it was a bit disturbed because first, during my stay I woke up in the middle of the night as someone was using a blow dryer at 12mn, I know it's a common area but you should have rules like quiet time from 10pm-6am. Like the other hostels, it's a sign of respect. Second, other guests came quite late and tried to look for their rooms. They're banging one capsule room saying that they booked that room, the other guests called the owner to double check and it lasted for 10-15 mins. Other than those encounters, everything was okay.

Great location, close to the main bus station, and only a 20-minute metro ride to the city center, with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The room was also very good.

The room was clean, kitchen works without any problemskitchen but there was no microwave I wanted to use.

The whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA. The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature. We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served. The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken. But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and quick.

The service was excellent.
