A very satisfying stay! The lobby was spacious, the room's fragrance crystals smelled wonderful, and the hairdryer was even from Laifen! I love using their hairdryers, so I bought one for my own home. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick. The facilities and location of the hotel were excellent; there's a shopping mall nearby, and a food street across the street at night, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!

Highly recommend! My stay was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. Selina, our butler, proactively reached out the day before to coordinate, and her service was incredibly thoughtful. Upon check-in, ladies even received a pink Diana rose, which was such a lovely touch! The executive lounge and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location next to MixC shopping mall and the museum made getting around, shopping, and visiting exhibitions super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!

Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, so when I was passing through Hefei again, I chose the Grand Hyatt! The service is consistently excellent, and they even upgraded me to a suite for free. The first time I stayed here, I was also in a suite, and I really love the layout of the suites. The living room is quite spacious, the TV can cast content, and the night view from the corner window is absolutely fantastic! The soundproofing in the room is good, which is great for light sleepers. The lighting design is also very reasonable, the air conditioning is comfortable, and it has a double-sink vanity. The only minor drawback is that it's not a smart toilet. There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Although I called ahead to reserve a spot and was told they'd call back, I never received a call. When I arrived, I waited a bit, and a car just happened to leave, so I got a spot. I think this point is a slight deficiency; their internal coordination wasn't great. The location is excellent; MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. But every advantage has its disadvantage – it gets very congested! There's no robot delivery for takeout, so you need to pick it up yourself, but if you contact the butler, they can help deliver it. Overall, the stay was quite good. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei!

My parents, my partner, and I came from Hefei city to Lujiang for a weekend staycation. Our top priority was finding a place that met everyone's needs. [Facility and Service Needs] - Accommodation 🏠 My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing. - Dining 🍽️ The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable. - Service The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm. - Getting Around For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended. - Other Amenities The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests. Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

Overall, the hotel is quite okay and offers a generally comfortable stay. The location is convenient, and the facilities meet basic expectations. Staff service is acceptable, and check-in/check-out processes are smooth. However, one major downside is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. It seems that some inconsiderate guests have been smoking despite the rules, and the odor lingers, making the room less pleasant. This significantly affects the overall experience, especially for non-smokers. If the hotel could enforce stricter no-smoking policies and improve ventilation or deep-cleaning procedures, it would greatly enhance the stay. As it stands, it’s decent—but the smoking issue is hard to ignore.

I frequently visit Hefei and always stay at this hotel. The staff are warm and attentive, the lobby is grand, and the rooms are spacious with clean, tidy bedding. The breakfast selection is also very rich. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu. The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc. So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids! BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

Good hotel and nice location. It's very close to University of Science & Technology of China (East Campus). My stay was pleasent 😁

It was really a last minute booking. We went back to my husband's hometown on the eve of the Chinese New Year, and we had to bring our big dog with us. However, it was not easy to book a hotel at 8 pm that day and still be able to bring the dog. The front desk service was really good, and they contacted me patiently. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 that night, and there was a special sightseeing car to pick us up. The environment is very good, and I plan to bring my elders here to celebrate the New Year next year🧨
