Guest UserA very satisfying stay! The lobby was spacious, the room's fragrance crystals smelled wonderful, and the hairdryer was even from Laifen! I love using their hairdryers, so I bought one for my own home. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick. The facilities and location of the hotel were excellent; there's a shopping mall nearby, and a food street across the street at night, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!

Guest UserAn excellent experience!
**Location:** Very convenient. It's only a 20-minute bullet train ride away, and you can walk to MixC (for all your dining and entertainment needs) in 7-8 minutes. There's also a park nearby for a stroll.
**Facilities & Hygiene:** Generally great. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the toilet had smart features. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area.
**Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!

Guest UserHands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch!
1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage.
2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them.
3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning.
4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views.
I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

Guest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

1. **Unbeatable Location & Views:** Just a 5-minute walk to Swan Lake Park. Lake-view rooms offer stunning lake views by day and city light shows at night. Convenient for government affairs, conferences, and performances.
2. **Diverse Dining Options:** The Golden Swan Buffet on the 1st floor (6:30 AM – 10:00 AM) offers a wide variety of dishes, including Anhui local specialties. The buffet dinner features a selection of seafood and hot dishes. The Swan Lake Hall on the 25th floor is perfect for high-end business banquets.
3. **Strong Business Amenities:** Features 18 conference rooms, including a 2200㎡ pillar-less international hall. The business center provides services like printing, binding, and airport transfers, making it very business-traveler friendly.
4. **Excellent Service & Family-Friendly:** The front desk is very responsive, and guests often receive complimentary fruit and milk upon check-in. Cribs and children's slippers are available. There's also an indoor heated pool, sauna, and a usable gym.
5. **Great Value for Money:** During peak season, lake-view rooms are priced at 600–800 RMB per night, which is more reasonable compared to new hotels of a similar caliber.

Hilton Hefei, review:
The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival.
The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch.
The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so.
Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional.
Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended.

Guest UserI am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu.
The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc.
So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids!
BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

There are few people now, 106 rooms, 7 guests
Five room types in the magic beach resort
The resort has not been done yet, the hotel is in the suburbs, there is nothing around
The hotel has no obvious traditional layout, everything is landscaped
Parking in the open-air parking area next to the hotel entrance
Breakfast is OK, there are few people, it is a package.
Service, there is a battery car, someone takes it to the room (or you will get lost)
The room network is not good, the room does not have air conditioning, the floor is particularly high
The front desk is in a separate place, more like a glass room
