The real palace is very amazing. The experience is full. The tea set is Chinese. The front desk is a bit serious. The waiter is very enthusiastic and active. Help with luggage and parking. The location is unparalleled. Outside the window is the core area of the port. The back door of the hotel is the core scenic spot. As for the room, look directly at the picture. Tong Xuan is not bullying. Breakfast staff is warm but there are too few choices. It belongs to the mini breakfast.

This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high. The hotel room is very clean and spacey. Classy and modern interior designs. 5 min walk from Brignole station, surroundings feel very safe, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is powerful so the rooms are very cool in summer. Quiet at night I sleep very well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

We are very happy with the stay. The location is very good. The service was very good, all the staff were very efficient. Our check-out took place at 10 a.m. but our flight was only 19 a.m. so they got a place to leave our baggage until 17 a.m. when we went to the airport. The breakfast and room facilities were also in line with our views.

The hotel is close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. The room is clean and the key is very unique. The only drawback is that the hotel decoration is relatively old, like the decoration of the last century. If you take the train from Milan to Nice, it is recommended to stay in this hotel for one night.

The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide and varied selection to satisfy every palate. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was the slightly convoluted route to the parking garage, but this small issue absolutely pales in comparison to the overall excellence. The entire experience was flawless, and I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genoa!

The hotel is very old-fashioned, the key is still the original kind with teeth, it is not allowed to go out, it is estimated that I am worried about losing Guo copy. The elevator is grid, it will tremble when it stops, the curtains are very dirty, a layer of gray visible to the naked eye, and the bedside board is loose. Hotels at the same price are completely several grades higher. The only better thing is that it is close to Prince Square, and the nearby trains, subways and buses are more convenient.
