This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high. The hotel is very clean and clean in detail, with comfortable and comfortable rooms. The location is comfortable to move in the city, although not very central to some attractions. The facilities and services are good, although they could be further improved to make the stay even more complete. In general, it was a good experience.

Super convenient location, right outside the train station. Staff is very accommodating-- asked to store my luggage the night before I check-in and they are very cool about it. The fridge is stocked with water, juice and soda, snacks as well. I really liked the apricot juice. Only thing I would like to change is the shower. It us quite small, I feel that I am bumping into the walls all the time. The bathroom can use more hooks too. Did not have time.to check out their amenities.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable.

The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

Nice location and breakfast is very good. Staff is very kind. My friend forgot to take a lot of cash and branded bags when checking out. The hotel staff immediately helped to lock the room and take care of the property. Super good quality

The very large apartment in the very heart of Genua. Despite this location, I was not disturbed by the noise. The only minus is a very small shower, given how large the metro is (room 3)

The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, resulting in a flawless and truly perfect stay. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide and varied selection to satisfy every palate. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was the slightly convoluted route to the parking garage, but this small issue absolutely pales in comparison to the overall excellence. The entire experience was flawless, and I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genoa!
