Wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly from start to finish. We were able to enjoy both early check-in and late check-out, which made the experience even more seamless. The location is fantastic, and the valet service plus complimentary champagne were such a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

李Great hotel. Just go straight here next time! It is currently the only hotel worth staying in Charleston. The room is very large. Service attitude is very friendly 👬

Trendy hotel, clean rooms! Great size TV and en-suite.
No storage or fridge/safe/microwave/coffee in room.
Reception on upper floor with bar (complimentary drink) and lounge with fab rooftop!
Food served after 3pm was limited but tasty.
Starbucks on ground floor.

I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.

Guest UserThe hotel made an error on the price and it was listed (booked and confirmed) as $50/night with breakfast. On check in hotel admitted mistake. Best they could do was $135 a night and 50% off one breakfast for our family. No offer to cover parking. Did not come freshen room during our stay. Supposed to get points but three days later and I haven’t seen them.

Great place! Very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice! The room was clean and was stocked with everything! Our room even had a Keurig  and a microwave plus a mini fridge.
We had the top floor and the corner room which we have never had before but the view was amazing!

Guest UserThe room was clean and in good shape. My problem was we were not able to close the black out curtains and a bright street light shone in. The room had no view except for the air conditioning units. This disturbed our sleep all night. The food was good but a bit pricey. The service was good and the staff that we met were friendly. Over all I probably would stay here again, but ask for a better room.
