It takes about five minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is large and very comfortable. There are relatively many breakfast options. Overall very satisfied.

This hotel left a very deep impression on me, the room was spacious and clean, the front desk restaurant gym service was very good, it was an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism. Comfort five stars, recommend friends who come to Basel for vacation/business. The hotel's hardware facilities include guest rooms, restaurants, gyms, gardens and more.

There is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.

Great hotel and position! The only downside was the bathroom did emit a smell. It wasn't overpowering, just not pleasant. It's okay when the bathroom door is shut but still there when you open it. It didn't bother me a lot but it may be something others find uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable.

The room was spacious, the design was comfortable and there was a free Minibar. Breakfast was well prepared and the staff was friendly. Located in the center, there would be a little party music at night.

The hotel is located at a beautiful neighborhood and it is very convenient. On top of that, staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Great apartments...with a pool!

The location is bit far from the center but the surrounding environment is peaceful. Staffs are helpful and supportive. However, there is no usb charging port so bring Swiss charger!

We took our kids to Basel for two days. We took bus 50 from the airport and transferred to bus 30 at Basel SBB to get to the hotel. Bus 30 is right outside the hotel, and bus 14 is a short turn away to get to the city center. Bus 30 transfers to bus 8 to get to the Tri-Border Bridge. The hotel offers a Basel card. The hotel is very new, but I had a room on the street side, and every time a car passed by, it was very noisy when I was sleeping at night. But the facilities and beds were very new and clean. The breakfast was not as rich as other reviews wrote. I think if it is not Sunday, I can choose not to have breakfast in the hotel and eat outside.

Although the front desk is not the same as the hotel check-in location (1 min walking) but the front desk staff is very friendly and the price is good in Switzerland!
