We just love everything about your resort. Everything nearby and walking distance.
Your food is really good . We dine in at Cinnamon and Gustoso food is delicious. Kudos to chef and services staff too.
Talking about cleanliness wow my room.is top notch clean with comfortable bed and lovely view. Really love everything about Parkroyal Penang !
Last but not least the STAFF itself who play very important role for the hotel. Even the hotel is full house they never fail to smile , chit chat and serving an excellent services to the guest They all very warm.n friendly 💐💐💐💕💕💕

First time enjoying Parkroyal hotel for my husband birthday. Remarkable experience. So many choices of food for breakfast. Definitely had to repeat for next time! The pool is amazing and the beach for godness, so beautiful and the compound is a photo ready spot!

I had an amazing stay at the Park Royal Resort Penang! The clean environment and the huge swimming pool were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The beachfront location provided stunning views and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking to enjoy a lively beach vacation!

The staff at the reception are very helpful, I have chosen a single twin room. But because I was on vacation with my 3 young children, they gave me a room with easy access to the lobby & parking to make things easier for me and my children. Overall this hotel is very good.

Service - I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room.
Facilities - Our room was spacious and clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool, as well as the kids' playroom.
Food - The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a variety of options.
