Will-TStayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staffs were very kind and friendly. Nice cafes and bar/restaurants nearby. Few minutes walk to the beach, city centre, and train station. Free coffee and teas at anytime. Everything was perfect. Totally recommended.

It feels good. The hotel notes are wrong. There is a private bathroom. The overall feeling is very good, it is worth recommending, the breakfast is also rich, very quiet, clean, and the price is reasonable.

Jacqueline.yongWe have a wonderful experience walking up the hill and locating Avenida Hotel. The views are amazing and looking stunning up the mountain. Great location walking distance to the beach and city. Excellent services at reception and morning breakfast. Easy access to gym and swimming pool.

Clarissa PastorWe absolutely loved our stay beautiful balcony and ocean view. Next time we will park with the hotel for discounted rate instead of using public parking which ended up costing us much more.
We will go back in a heartbeat. Close to everything and right on the beach.

The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the station and the beach. The room is self-check-in, there is no front desk, but the overall is very smooth and there is no problem, the facilities are good and clean ～

New hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool.
It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.
The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning

The room has a slightly unusual shape, but it wasn’t an issue at all for a solo traveler. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient, especially for hopping between nearby tapas bars.

The room is not big, there is no hot water bottle, it is best to bring your own, the bus station is at the door, it is convenient to travel, it is very convenient to walk to the beach in five minutes, and the price is cheap

Guest UserThe room was really great, especially the floor heating in the bathroom, very intimate and very satisfied. Very close to the beach, very convenient, do not have to take a bath with others on the beach but return to the hotel to enjoy private space, the front desk service is excellent, the champagne presented is very good.

Friendly staff, outside season they might get you in early if possible. Also, being just a few meters away from the beach is priceless. Don't skip on waking up super early to see sunrise on the beach.
Breakfast is good by could improve a little bit, but isn't hotel's main service, so is understandable.
I'd recommend it for someone that wants to be centric but not in the main busy area
