The location was excellent with a bus stop right in front, making transportation incredibly convenient. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so finding food was never an issue. I particularly enjoyed the açaí bowl shop close by, which was absolutely delicious! The beach is also just about a 5-minute walk away. Although Japanese wasn't spoken, all the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Convenient location and very friendly front desk.

I stayed for four days. On the second morning, they knocked on my door intentionally at 8:30 am and asked me to clean the room. I was still sleeping, so of course I refused. Then they didn't come to clean the room for three days, didn't give me towels, and didn't give me water.

Clean and spacious. In a quiet and safe location. 10 minutes drive from airport.

Friendly staff and a great location.

We travel quite frequently to Guam and we always stay at Hotel Tano. It is a newly renovated hotel in the heart of Tumon and it is clean and safe. The staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful. We have seen improvement since our first visit when we needed to ask for more towels etc. However, we feel that this is by far the best hotel in this price range. They have a nice little shop that is open 24 hours a day. The prices are quite reasonable for a hotel shop. There is also a microwave and a washer and dryer. Parking can be a bit of a struggle in the evenings because of the restaurants that are also in the building as well as neighboring drinking holes and eateries. There is no breakfast place on the premises as well. However, we highly recommend this hotel, if it suits your needs. This is the only place we are going to stay in Guam.

the hotel location is good ,near the Lamlam bus station (grand plaza),the staffs are kind ,friendly and helpful. It is very safe while travelling in Guam .

The hotel is new renovation, clean and convenient for shopping. Front desk is also very friendly to greet all guests. I strongly recommend you to stay this hotel.

Superb service. We got it at 6:30 am and they gave us another room where we can rest until it’s time for our check-in for free (this is probably subject to room availability). Absolutely thankful for this service (order cam from management level as well). We got a premiere suite. Then at 10:30am they called our temporary room to inform us that our Family Room is now available. The family room is big (bigger than their site pictures) complete with kitchen amenities and laundry machine and dryer. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Walk-in closet was also in 1 bedroom. Overall, a great stay for our short Guam vacation. :)

Answering phone services is bad. Lost item they didn't even check it right cus I remember when we check out room I know what I put the item they told me they didn't find anything. And my medication too. Very dispoint. I even told them I go and check they check they all ready check so nothing! That what they told me room was even no guest yet .

The hotel is good value for money and the location is perfect for local American restaurants (Chillis, Hard Rock Cafe etc). There were a few occasions where we had to request a room clean and coffee as their policy is “if there are opened suitcases” cleaners do not make up your room. This wasn’t communicated before which was a pain as towels should be replaced daily. Apart from this everything else is great and I would recommend staying here.
