HHalidaPerfect location. Especially for those who will only going to stay for a short trip because you will not waste your time going to the point of interest of Marseille because it is at the heart of the tourist area. The view from the room is gorgeous and worth the money. Restaurants and souvenir shops are lining up the area. Based on my limited stay I learn that Marseilles can give up different vibes only in a few block so the location of the hotel made me more comfortable. The AC works properly and there is an elevator. I believe there is also a car parking service but I don’t use it. The receptionists are professionals and helpful.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, in the downtown area, but the waiter is a bit sloppy in cleaning the room. Our rooftop terrace had bird droppings on the floor that were not swept clean, and the lounge chairs were also quite dirty, so we couldn't lie down. On the last day, no one came to clean the room. Ctrip contacted the front desk and they said they would come between 3-5 pm, but no one came after waiting for a long time, wasting a lot of my time. Then they told me that no one would come today, so I had to clean up by myself. After repeatedly telling me that there were no towels to use at night, the temperature was over 30 degrees, and the garbage was not cleaned up and it smelled. At 7/8 o'clock, someone reluctantly came to change the garbage bag and give towels. The actual condition of the terrace floor and lounge chairs is shown in the pictures

DdorinThe hotel's location is amazing, right in the Old Port, with the balcony facing a row of yachts! They gave me a free upgrade to a two-story suite with a skylight – the vibe was incredible! It's a shame I only stayed one night; I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Marseille.

GGuest UserThe room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in.

CcanyumiThe location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the subway. You need to climb some stairs to find the front desk. After registration, there is a mini elevator that can transport luggage. The room is small, clean and comfortable, the view outside the window, and the glass sound insulation effect is quite good. The younger brother and sister are friendly and kind, helping to print cruise tickets and carry boxes. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a bus stop at the door, and the traffic is convenient.

GGuest UserMuch better than expected! The early flight arrived at 9 o'clock, and the room was ready! Victoria, the front desk lady, was very enthusiastic and spoke good English. She answered all kinds of questions carefully, including various matters about chartering a car to Nice. But the hotel's charter and taxi reservation are a bit expensive (50%+ premium vs. market, I chartered a car for 400 yuan, the hotel quoted 600 yuan; Uber 15 to the train station, the hotel charged 25 yuan...) This may be the only point that is not so ok, but this is an additional service outside of accommodation, so it is not included in this rating. The room facilities are very new, and the inner courtyard is very quiet, I like it very much.

The hotel is very beautiful and quite atypical with its different buildings and the great garden in the middle. The clean parking is a real more! And to finish the breakfast was perfect! I hope I can come back quickly!

YYalaUpside: The bed was very confortable and the shits were soft. The kitchen amenities made my stay even more convenient. There are a few kitchen utensils There's a metro station near by There are shower gel and towels Downside: The hitter was barely working The deposit had to be made through card, no cash. Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood. There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes
