GGuest UserThis was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I expected. The staff went out of their way to make the day feel extra special, and I was genuinely moved by their kindness. The room was stunning, the vibe was just right, and every facility added to the comfort of our stay. A big thank you to the lovely lady at reception, her warm welcome and constant support throughout made all the difference. It was a birthday I’ll always remember!

GGuest UserStruggled to get in and out of Bath would have preferred a shower curtain than a glass screen nearly slipped over. All in all pleasant stay. Apart from people blocking the doorway when we wanted to get into doorway to get to our room, this was early hours of a Sunday morning
