"The hotel staff were very friendly! The price-performance ratio was good! There were no restaurants within 1 kilometer, but you could order takeout! To arrange the free airport shuttle to the hotel, you had to call the hotel directly! Calling through the platform didn't work; I had to call directly. It took me 30 minutes to figure it out and another 20 minutes to wait for the shuttle! The shuttle took 25 minutes to arrive at the hotel! Checking out was very convenient though!"

"This is a brand new hotel, and it’s really nice. Our room was spacious, the fitness center was well-stocked with great equipment, and we loved the outdoor pool. We had our two grandkids with us, and we enjoyed playing the board games in the lobby area, and the kids loved playing billiards. The staff was incredible—everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming! This hotel sits in an industrial area, so there wasn’t quick access to shopping or restaurants, but we loved driving into the nearby Grapevine to dine and shop. It’s the cutest town—be sure to check out Main Street and spend time lingering on that quaint street. Highly recommend this hotel!"
