Beach Hotels in St. Johns County

Great customer service. Rick was friendly, funny and helpful. Had a good sleep on the beds. Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice. Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome! I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.  The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.  The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there. Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty.  We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬 As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up). Overall, despite the negative observations,  we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

This is a good hotel, the location is close to the beach and the bay bridge in a few minutes to the river, you can take a walk in the morning. You can also use the morning time to walk around the bridge, walk to the opposite side and then force back. If you just arrive at night under the sunset, you can also take a walk by the river, and you can also walk directly to the ancient city by the sea. The hotel is very close to the attractions, very close to the museum and the core scenic spot of the pedestrian street, just walk. Especially worth mentioning is the front desk clerk of this hotel, Ms. Theresa Theresa. I left my passport at the hotel the next morning, and I have already traveled to two cities. The hotel sent me an email and said that I found my passport, but I didn’t pay attention. I have been calling to find the hotel the night before. I said that I don’t have my passport. Then read the email and call this hotel, they said they had found my passport. This aunt is very nice and very enthusiastic. I rushed back from another city to get my passport, thank goodness. Such a good service attitude and responsible spirit are worth living here if everyone has the opportunity to live here.

We wanted to spend a few days in the St Augustine area. This was perfect. It had its own beach. Super friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the morning. Chairs and umbrellas you could rent for the beach. Very convenient. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Will definitely be back! Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and location was perfect! Love how you can just open your door and see/hear the ocean! Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony!

This hotel was was stated in the reviews. The staff were great and very accommodating. The room was clean and smelled good. The free breakfast was good and clean as well. The only negative for us was the lobby smell. We were not a fan of the air freshener, it was strong. Overall it was great stay and we would recommend it.

Breakfast had a great variety. The room was not carpeted and the floor was sticky. Smallest bathroom I have ever had at a holiday inn express

Our hotel room was very clean, and spacious. we arrived early and were let in right away, without any hesitation. The bed was comfortable (a little on the hard side, but not too hard). Our room might have been recently remodeled as it was spotless. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, breads, bagels and muffins and whole fruit, plus good coffee. All workers were very friendly. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked clean.Great location with easy access to beach and plenty of restaurants walkable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean and pleasant. Walking distance to Pubs and restaurants. 5minute drive to downtown St Augustine, 10m drive to St Johns County Piere and Beach .

Not bad, breakfast is bread and coffee. The environment is not bad and the price/performance ratio can be. The steak in the restaurant next door is good, there is a big supermarket nearby, easy to go to the beach and the ancient city

The front desk staff was friendly and the Room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the hotel. We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay.
