服務：老闆家服務還挺好的，第一天還給我㩕了行李箱上樓，需要加衣架老闆轉頭就去拿上來了，態度很好
衞生：還可以，一共住了7天，感覺還不錯
設施：住的是一個3房一廳一廚一衞生間的老區房子，廚房衞生間洗衣機冰箱都是房間外公共使用的，我們每天早餐都是自己做的，都挺好。
環境：床邊窗户有顆瓜藤在長，看上去挺舒服的，不過後麪是工地，在蓋房子，我反正是沒影響到睡覺。 除了住的離地鐵站遠一點，其他感覺可以的

房間小點，但是整潔乾淨，床上用品很乾凈，一塵不染，很好的一次入住體驗。李姐是個80後，人特別好，容易溝通，晚上11點到店，沒有充電器，立即回去索取給送到入住的地方。醫院各種檢查排隊 李姐給加塞提前做完省去不少時間。如果對301就醫、掛號、檢查、住院有什麼不懂的，可以諮詢李姐

住在這裏，我覺得很幸運，房東人很好，小朋友三更半夜發燒，還特意送我們去醫院，幫我們掛號，房東也很熱心，幫忙搬行李等，預算不高，一家人住的情況下，是非常好的選擇

晚上十點多急匆匆的找個睡覺的地方，然後就在網上搜尋一下就聯繫這個叫李姐民宿的。本來也沒報多少希望，必定就一百多快錢。感覺能將就一夜，不要太臟太亂就行。到了之後讓我眼前一亮，衞生非常乾淨床也整整齊齊。接待的人也非常温和客氣。很滿意，抽個時間給點評一下。👍
