The hotel is located in the busy street where is easy to access many office buildings or shopping area. The room is spacious, quiet, and comfy. I will definitely book this hotel next time.

Housekeeping 宋君did a great awesome job, room was neat and tidy, well-done and keep it up. Washing machine comes w washing and drying, suitable if you want simple cooking, there is a gym and yoga room. About 400m to nearby subway. Back of the hotel apartment you can find affordable local food. And there is a few massage shop across the hotel. Will come back again, highly recommended 👍

We had a get experience staying at CM+ Serviced Apartment Beijing Huashang. The staff were great, Terry and Amy were very help and advised on placed to visit and how to get there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, a present stay!

Great stay - facilities are clean, modern, and spacious. Front desk is friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more. A little far from the metro but plenty of bus stops right in front of the building.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs! Terry and Maggie supported me during my stay. They booked my taxis where I wanted to go since my wechat was not possible to use for paymen. Terry helped with getting my delivery of food and groceries, and also ordered postcards for me. Highly recommend the hotel!

Stayed here for a business trip and really enjoyed the service and the nicely furnished apartment. For breakfast dont expect Western fare, but there are fresh Chinese options available. The location is a bit of walk to the next subway station, the hotel is very good in helping to get a taxi. They have a fitness room with sufficient treadmills and also a separate yoga room - nice if you want to do some exercises on the floor.

Second time coming back to Cm+. Everything is great as usual. What made this stay extra special was meeting Terry who spoke fluent English and helped us with our every needs, from helping us with our last minute booking to the Great Walls, to helping me find a hospital when I wasn’t feeling well. Thank you Terry for the room upgrade as well as accommodating our needs for a late check out, allowing us to freshen up after touring Forbidden City before our night flight. Very much appreciate the professional hospitality services at CM+. Hope to visit again soon.

At the end of last year, my good friend took me to Beijing and arranged Huashang Yitang for me. I was very satisfied. This time I came here on a business trip and chose Huashang Yitang. I was very satisfied with the room arranged by Tina at the front desk. She had a good attitude and was skilled and smooth in her business. The room was very clean. Even a person with mysophobia like me felt it was clean. This serviced apartment has a washing machine, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator, which is especially suitable for me, a Cancer. The bed is comfortable and I like the small ball lamp at the head of the bed. There is a movable partition that gives me a sense of security. The brand of toiletries is also suitable. The cleaning is also very careful and the breakfast is especially delicious!

A family of five, including the elderly and children, traveled to Beijing. We booked Huashang Yitang by chance. The flight was delayed until more than 12 o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist, Ms. Tina, received us very warmly and upgraded our room type. I was really pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. The feeling of the room was exactly the same as the photos of the hotel, so I did not upload the photos I took. I booked two rooms with two breakfasts. The front desk manager Wang saw that there were five of us and sent a breakfast. I stayed for six days and got six breakfasts for free. Thank you very much. The transportation of the hotel is very convenient. Although the nearest Dawang Road subway is about one kilometer away from the hotel, there is a bus at the door of the hotel. It takes only one stop to get to the Dawang Road subway station. The facilities of the hotel are very complete, including a double-door refrigerator, LG drying integrated washing machine, microwave oven, induction cooker, rice cooker, wok frying pan, knives, and bowls and chopsticks. It is particularly worth mentioning that the attitude of the hotel waiter is very friendly. One day when I went out, the weather outside was sunny. When I passed the front desk, the waiter not only smiled and greeted us, but also reminded us: It will rain today, don't forget to bring an umbrella. I stayed for two nights. The hotel's service was very good. They cared about the guests' needs. They briefly introduced the hotel's facilities and responded promptly via WeChat. I have to give Terry a thumbs up at the front desk. He was very polite. The hotel rooms are neat and clean, with good sound insulation, comfortable temperature, several light control modes, and the robot delivers food quickly. The gym equipment is in good condition and has enough variety. Only the dining hall on the second floor has limited space, so it is best to arrange seats at the entrance during the morning rush hour. The layout of the dining hall is a long corridor, and it will be crowded when there are many people.
